Yes,
NEET 2017 is compulsory for BAMS admission.
In 2017
Admission for all health science courses and paramedical courses are taken on the basis of NEET 2017 marks .
Health science courses- MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.
Paramedical courses- BPTH, Occupational therapy, pathology courses, etc

It depends!.on the state from which you are from solely!…so ..go through the previous!.years..state cut-offs.!

In southern states those marks wont fetch you a seat in government ayurvedic colleges!. because the seats and also the colleges!are less.in comparison!.to the medical colleges!.

No, Syllabus is in many languages like Hindi, English, Sanskrit or state language.it depends on the college to college. some college offers Hindi, some offer English or some offer state language.

In northern India, subjects and academic activities are in Hindi only besides physiology, anatomy etc modern subjects

As you know that according this score the chances are less to get a seat in the Government colleges but you can try for the private colleges for BAMS programme.

What will be cutoff for bams 2018

For which college do you want to know cut off as its varies from college to college. As there is no minimum number annoucned by CBSE like MBBS/BDS courses, so you can get BHMS/BAMS at a very low score too.
