For which college do you want to know cut off as its varies from college to college. As there is no minimum number annoucned by CBSE like MBBS/BDS courses, so you can get BHMS/BAMS at a very low score too.

It depends on your category,it seems a bit impossible for general category students,since the concept of admissions in bams and bhms through NEET is new so it is a bit difficult to say anything about it

All india quota cousneling is only for MBBS/BDS courses. For BAMS you need to apply in your respective state.
