Though you have not mentioned you category and state but nevertheless.Good govt. BAMS medical colleges have the cut off for UR is generally 460 and above, in the range 430-400 and above marks for OBC category, 350-380 and above for SC and 300 and above for ST.

The cut off marks varies from state to state.With this rank you will surely get an admission in semi-govt. medical college.In govt. medical college too you have fair chances.

Yes you have chances to get a bams seat.According to the previous trends of neet you have chances to get it.With rank of 34050 last year students got chances in Government bams college.You will get a seat in private bams college easily.Having said that the trends change every year based on question difficulty, number of students appeared etc.
