Although my college Christ Deemed to be University, banglore campus is old but NCR campus is new still the placements of my college it 100% they help everyone with sorting intership and after job. If someone didn't get any internship in the break they arrange one.

I am studying Bachelor's in Hotel Management because I am interested in this subject. The quality of teaching is good and somewhat interesting. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

I don't have much knowledge about the placements of our college. Although from what I know, an average CGPA of 60% can provide a good placement for students with an average stipend of 50,000 per annum.

We have pretty good labs and classrooms, but they don't turn on the AC in class, which is a major drawback in Karkala. Wi-Fi is simply for the sake of it. It's not at all fast for others to use. Only Ethernet cables are fast. The library is very old and compact with very bad librarians. The hostel is average in terms of infrastructure and food. The food is mediocre. It's a coupon-based system
Academics
Some teachers are good, but most of them are just not updated to the current trend. They still teach what they learned in the 90s. No hands-on learning in the curriculum, and if there’s a hands-on activity, none will be done by our faculty members. No, it doesn’t make us industry-ready, of course. Internals are pretty easy, but semester-end exams are pretty average. Most of them pass.
Placements
In our department, it was 70-80% placement last year. The highest package was 52 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Nutanix, Finacle, and some Japan-based companies. So far, from the college, less than 5 people have gotten internships via the college. We have the Atul Incubation Centre too, in which many startups work, and they also offer internship opportunities.

In the library, Macs are available, which are very good to work with. The classrooms are also good in college.I don't live in the hostel But my friends are from the hostel. I just listen to many things from them. They say the college hostel is good compared to outside rooms or rented rooms. The difference is that there are rules and regulations in the college hostel, but the mess food is very good in taste and better than other messes.
