IIT Patna is a well-established institution with a sprawling campus located in Bihta, about 35 km from Patna. The campus is well-planned and all the blocks, hostels, and workshops are well-designed. The interconnecting roads beautify the campus.
Academics
The faculty at IIT Patna are knowledgeable and dedicated, often going above and beyond to ensure that students grasp the concepts being taught. The college also provides ample practical exposure through well-equipped laboratories, enhancing the learning experience.
Placements
The institute has seen participation from numerous national and international companies during the placement drive.The highest package offered at IIT Patna is impressive, and the average package stands at a competitive level.
I had great time in this college. I make lots of friends.

The college have a good infrastructure and well maintained classroom, libraries, laboratories. And the campus was so big with so much greenery. I was a day scholar student so i don't know much about the hostel but i heard from my friends that hostel food was not that good.
Academics
I studied Bsc. Agriculture Hons in this college. And all the faculty was very good and very much cooperative to the students. We had lots of agricultural field work and lab work also. Overall if you follow all the classes and every teachers guidance then you will gain good knowledge. They also provide internship, project work and hands on experience about agricultural practical work.
Placements
Honestly, telling education quality was good but placement was not that good. Only few of the students got placed in our batch and the package was around 1-2lpa. I am talking about only for agriculture stream. I don't know about any other stream.
Campus Life
Campus life was very enjoyable. They host various events like college fest, freshers party, farewell, teachers day etc.
I did not have a very good experience overall.

I did not have a very good experience in this college. The management political issues led to a lot of suffering for students. The teachers did not even cover the syllabus, they were only focused on the power politics.

The overall curriculum designed was good. But the teachers definitely did not know how to execute the same. Given a chance, if teachers try to focus properly, the students can get a lot out of the curriculum .
Placements
We didn't get any placement. We were promised that the companies are being called for campus placements but it wasn't true. Not even a single company or hospital was called upon for placements that we were promised in our last semester.

By far the experience at Fergusson has been great. I'm currently pursuing my Master's in English and the faculty here is great, very knowledgeable about everything and are very supportive regarding your career opportunities. The college itself provides great extra curricular opportunities as well. It's a safe space for students. The infrastructure is beautiful and well maintained. They provide clean sanitation.

Being an autonomous college, the syllabus has a wide range of topics that we study and the professors are also good. The professors also engage in off topic discussions which actually helps the students to understand a topic in more depth.

Faculty is very helpful when it comes to your career opportunities. Various internship opportunities are provided with the help of the faculty during the academic year. There are placement cells for various departments. And there are student coordinators from each department who help students for placement.

The campus feels fresh and welcoming and something or the other activities keep happening around the campus. So you can either participate or enjoy as an audience.

Academic are Parul University professors are Knowledgeable, qualified and helpful. They teach us theoretical and practical both ways. Yes [dis course curriculum is relevant. It makes the student industry ready. Semester exams are moderate to a high level. Students who get 45% are passed by the university. Pass percentages are excellent.

As per previously shared data by the college, 80-85% of students get placed in the top companies. As per previous data, the highest package is 19 Lacs, the average is 5-9 Lacs, and the lowest is 2.5-3 Lacs. The top visited are Byjus, Tes, Birla, Adani Power, and Max. I think 80-90% of the students got an internship in the Max, zilch etc. The top Roles offered in MBA are Managerial posts, Accountant, Hr Manager, Project Manager etc.

The campus area is huge and well maintained.Having all necessary facilities like - Hostel,Canteen,Sport facilities,Library, Classrooms, Labs amd most importantly the practical field space for agriculture. Smart boards are not available, instead of that using of projector and white board is common here. Also have a limited wifi facility.

Academics,the core part of any university, that was really good and strong. I have studied Bsc Hons. in Agriculture from here. As compare to other private universities of West Bengal, they offer a much affordable course fees and also offers different scholarships.I got a 50% scholarship on tution fees in every semester.The faculties are very supportive,friendly and tried to help in every possible academic aspect. Academic curriculum is up to date and followed the 5th dean committee syllabus. They oftenly take class tests after completing a chapter.Doubt clearing session and taking review from student in a frequent basis. The practical experience is quite good. I have enjoyed the field practical experience in my final year.Though this is not affiliated by ICAR , but they have visited many times, and hope it will get accredited by ICAR.

The placement is a major drawback.The highest package is aroun 3-4LPA. some of the students are placed.But the placement quality is too poor in my opinion. Most of them, rejected the job after getting placed .They really need to seriously focus on it.

I was a day scholar. The best memories come from hostel life. I missed the chance.There are many extra-curricular activities you can perform here from joining clubs. The best feature ifor me is the large playground amd worst part was in rainy days,due to the poor drainage facility. The college location is good and safe place.Sarisha Hospital and Diamond Harbour hospital is nearby if any medical emergencies occurs. Bus and autos are also frequently available for transport and the university is beside a highway.If you don’t want hostel , you can avail mess nearby at very cheap cost.
