Motilal nehru have pretty good placement on paper but ground reality is quite different and students have to look for outside sources to be placed in good companies. Moreover b. Com department is quite partial they prefer b. Com students for placement cell.

Campus life of motilal nehru is pretty enjoyable and you could be around a variety of people who always love to make friends and it would be my personal recommendations make friends as soon you came to college.

The college is eco-friendly. University have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment that required the college. The classrooms are clean, proper laboratory work experiment, almost every classes have smart board.

I have completed my bachelor's of business administration from this University. The quality of teaching is very good and faculty are well educated. Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments that required in the our field.

Placement is one of the weakness of this college because they don't provide proper campus placement offer. The percentage of students were placed is 50- 60%. The highest salary package offered is 14 lakh and it goes to computer science engineering students.

I am doing BSC Honours Mathamatics form Motilal Nehru College because I have a keen interest in mathematics from starting. The teachers are very good and their knowledge of mathematics and their teaching skills help us a lot.

The quality of placements of our college is not so great but many students got proper Placements with good package from last 3 years around 4-5 LPA . 52 percent of students were placed. 8 laks per annum was the Highest package that was offered to few students.

From my perspective, the exam pattern and the syllabus is very student friendly unlike some traditional practices that prioritize rote learning and high pressure exams. The exam schedule is thoughtfully planned to minimize stress and ensure adequate preparation time for students. Exams are evenly spaced throughout the semester and a term calendar is provided before a semester begins.

Being a first year student, I do not have a firsthand experience with the placement process yet, but from what I've got to know from the alumni, placement talk and orientation, the placements here are good enough.

I had never seen such a big campus in my life till now. Till now I have got to see everything inside this college.There are comfortable seats inside the classrooms and smart board facility is available inside the classrooms. There are ACs in every class.The cleanliness of the college is also very good.

I am studying M.Tech from here and there is a huge shortage of teachers here in our department, most of the teachers here come from B.Tech branch to teach us.I did not like the management of the college compared to the infrastructure of the college.

Every year a large number of students are placed here, in which our college tries to give maximum packages.Till now the highest package in our course is 27 lakhs and the average package ranges between 5 lakhs to 7 lakhs.Along with our classes, placement training classes are also conducted.

Our university is recently renovated and thus added various new infrastructure. Classrooms are very well furnished, and the economics department has one computer laboratory dedicated to the students with research. The hostel is available for both boys and girls. The cost of accommodation is very minimal, the rent is near about 150-200 rupees with 1300-1600 food, electricity charges. The campus is safe.
Academics
The professors of our department are highly educated and most of them are alumni of our university. They are very cooperative, encouraging and they would be just like our friends. Our syllabus is based on UGC guidelines but there are few inclusions made by the authorities because it is one of the autonomous state universities. The semester examination pattern is the pattern. B.Sc. economics honors have 6 semesters in total. The marking system has both internal and end-semester examinations. The level of toughness is good, though if students concentrate in the classroom it won't cause many problems getting good marks.
Placements
The central placement cell of our university is not so active. Many departments offer placements after 2 years of master's course. For my department, after three years of Bachelor's degree, many coaching institutes and oil, cement and pharmaceutical companies offer jobs with low salary packages. The job profiles offered are not so attractive, but the jobs offered to master's students are attractive and also salary packages and others facilities are very good.
