Our campus has a good environment. Classrooms are well maintained. Hostel facilities are average. Laboratories are well equipped. There is a huge central library in our campus with a great collection of books. Canteen is average.
Academics
Courses are comprehensive, revised thoroughly, covers in-depth knowledge and well-versed, ensuring seamless learning experience for students. Students gain on classroom as well as hands-on experience and practical knowledge. Faculties are highly educated and various seminars are conducted in college.
Placements
Our college do not provide placements. All the courses are general courses and after graduation, students either go for post-graduation or various job preparations. Also, students from different fields come to our college for various internships.
Campus Life
Campus life is serene, surrounded with a wide variety of trees and peaceful atmosphere. There is a large field where students play different sports. Many cultural events are organized in the college throughout the year.

Dru is one of the largest campuses in the country. It has a huge sports ground and all sports facilities. It has ac equipped classrooms and newly made sps halls to have classes they also have beautiful dtu hostels Dtu library is one of the biggest libraries in the country. It has books on all possible topics. And all the facilities are well maintained
Academics
Academics in not that good if you want to learn most of the stuff you have to do own your own. Teaching quality is okay but it could be much better most of the teachers are researchers themselves and are less bothered about students. Curriculum is often backwards and most of the learning happens in labs
Placements
Placements are good very well known companies come here from all corners of the world. Almost all students get placed with good packages. Not only that many students get into very reputed universities abroad. Average package is about 8-12 lpa
Campus Life
College campus is really big it has many beautiful places to see. Students can engage in various activities like sports, literature, drama, poetry, projects and so much more. Teachers howe8are not very supportive and are only indulged in their own research

They should add more rigorous and more uodated courses like machine learning and ai for all branches to make placement easy for them and teachers should realise that students are not experts and might need their help.

The infrastructure, facilities and education system is all amazing. Its NABH approved and stands amongst the best that a homoeopathic college can. The classrooms are well equipped with the best and current facilities. The atmosphere around the campus, mess, auditorium are all hygienic. Totally recommend if you are seeking to pursue your career here. Its has a multi-speciality hospital with the best amenities including homoeopathic as well as allopathic.

Covid time really made a crash in academic, which is still a lot of real time unused , but got back on course during 3rd and 4th year. Final year was my biggest year in my college life, leading a project and completing it with a great recognition is such an accomplishment.

Placements were above 90% ,many of us got selected in core company like Microchip, Titan-TEAL, TATA Elexi, embedded UR , etc . IT companies have got most of us placed into , with packages ranging from dream to super dream companies.

It doesn't give me any feeling of missing, instead I can live with its Glimpses, Glimpses of people I met , Glimpses of people I wished to talk , glimpses of regrets, glimpses of downfalls, glimpses of those hard time that I came over, glimpses of motivation that made my attitude today.

LPU is a very famous university and very big in size. It is said to be spread in 600 acres of area which is very big for a private university. At starting, LPU had only 1 building in 2005 but now it has more than 70 buildings which itself is the proof of its growing infrastructure.
Academics
Academics are good at this university. It has highly qualified teachers. Mechanical deoartment has its separate block under which mechanical, automobile, aerospace and mechatronics come. We are taught everything from theory to practical and design. Students are advised to follow books as well as notes to prepare for exams here.
Placements
Placements are average. Average package of Mechanical department is nearly 4 lpa which is less in terms of expectations. International students are given some extra support to grab a placement. Earlier LPU had more connections to big companies but now it is less.
Campus Life
Campus life is good. LPU has very high strength of students out of which more than 50% are from South India. One can live a multicultural life here at LPU and learn a lot of new things and skills. Hostel food is good.

The quality of the placements in the college is poor. Very few percentage of the students were placed from this college. Highest salary offered was 15 lakhs per annum to a MBA student. The average salary lied between 5-6 lakhs per annum.

Yes, Doon University provides good facillities to students whether it is library or labs or auditorium . The college has wi-fi facillities, The classrooms has smart tv's. iIn some classrooms seats are not so good but mostly seating arrangement is fine. The living facillities are absolutely clean and campus is so beautiful. I can say that Doon University has the most beautiful campus in Dehradoon. The Hostel food is average but they are improving the quality of the food.

I have studied B.com Honours because I wanted to do charted Accountancy. The quality of teaching in my department was average ( neither too good nor too bad). The faculty is helpful. Some teachers are really good but some of them are very lazy. There was no strictness in my department. Yes, the curriculum is updated
Placements
The quality of placement is not so good. Only the students of Language department have good chance of getting placed. Rest of the departments don't guarantee you placement. i think only 30-40% students got placed and the highest package would be 6 lpa. The average salary offered was 20k per month. There were not much opportunities for placement though the process was easy.

The best part about the campus is that it is very pretty and beautiful. You can take walks and chill around. There is basketball court, volleyball court etc which is good. The college is safe. The location is average if you don't own a private vehicle like a scooty because you have to walk for 1 km to catch a public transport which can be tiring but if you have a vehicle then the location is perfect and it can handle emergency.

The college is average but if you have better options then go for those options. The worst part is that this college doesn't guarantee placements

I am a student from Zimbabwe and I love the infrastructure of LPU. It is a mixture of modernised architecture and greenery. Labs and libraries are there inside the university campus. One can get different different types of foods here as there are many food shops. Hostels are also good.

In academics of Aerospace Engineering, we are taught subjects such as fluid mechanics, solid mechanics, Aerodynamics, Space Science, Aircraft design etc. It is good to study from highly experienced and knowledgeable staff of LPU. They are very supportive and kind to us.
Placements
Placements are not good in LPU. Maybe other departments are good at placements such as computer science, business, sports, etc. but Aerospace department is not good enough in terms of providing placements to its students. The average packages as well as hiring rate is very less.

Campus life is good. I made many friends from India. No ragging is there inside this university. I participated in university games also where I got full support from everyone. There are fun activities that keep on taking place here such as dance, drama, concerts, etc.

The teaching quality is good, curriculum ia quite difficult to understand but highly developed and knowledgeable it will definitely make me industrial ready with practical skills.

The placement are carried out in two ways, one for jobs and one for interships. The highest salary package last year was around 18 LPA and the average salary many got was around 5 to 6 LPA. The requirting conpanies are TATA motors, adobe, reliance, etc. placement runs in this college smoothly.

The highest salary offered was 21 lakhs per annum to a student of BBA. Average package offered to students were 6-7 lakhs.
