Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Pharma Biotechnology is a two-year full-time postgraduate Course offered by Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

The MBA (Pharma-Biotechnology) program conducted by the Department of Management Sciences Savitribai Phule Pune University is a two year full time program with an intake of 60 students. All rules for admission of the reserved category candidates as directed by the Government of Maharashtra are applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has either passed with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (45% in case of reserved category candidates from Maharashtra State only) or appeared at the final year examination in any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences (general or special with Biology,Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Genetics, Life Sciences, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology etc), Agriculture, Ayurveda, Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Technology Engineering from a university recognized by the Association of Indian University (AIU) would be treated as eligible.
In addition the students need to qualify in the entrance examination, ATMA test.

Admission Details

A candidate will not be considered for merit list preparation, if he or she does not have a valid ATMA test score from any one of the above-mentioned dates or if he or she does not submit the application form and fees at PUMBA.

College Infrastructure

All the classrooms are well equipped with blackboard and projectors which are also well running. College library is also in the basement along with ample of parking for students. The auditorium has also been recently rebuild and can easily accommodate around 200 people.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is very good it comprises of 3 floors with every classroom containing projectors. The college has library and various syndicate rooms along with spaces to conduct various activities.

College Infrastructure

The campus had all the modern facilities and was excellently maintained. Everything was cleaned regularly and there was great internet access wherever you were on campus. The food provided was really good too.
