I am studying MBA in Marketing specialization and the quality of teaching is very good. The overall curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in every fields of the college. And ut makes me job ready.

The placements of the college is not so good. On an average only 70 students get placements out of 350 students are get placements. The highest package is given as about 10 Lakhs per annum. And the average package is given as about 3 to 3.5 LPA.

The campus life is very amazing and beautiful as it always conducts various types of events, sports, cultural programs, activities, etc. And the faculty is very supportive.

Reflecting on my academic journey, I must commend the faculties of the Computer Science Department for their expertise as well as dedication to our education hence the quality of teaching is quite good and the curriculum also updated with respect to the industry standard. Our college operates autonomously while keeping its affiliation with MAKAUT.

The placements at our college are quite impressive as well-known tech giants like Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture & Capgemini visited our campus and our highest package was 27 LPA at Justpay. Unfortunately, the average internship rate is low compared to our placement success.

Academics is overall quite decent and the faculty mentors are also very nice and welcoming. The quality of teaching is also good providing that the professors are well experienced individuals and they make you updated on recent industry trends.

Placements at Cotton University are average and most of the roles offered are in some manufacturing plants and the average CTC is 4-5 LPA and highest package was 9 LPA. The placement process is smoothly carried by the Placement Cell.

The location of the college is excellent, sitting in the heart of College Street, Kolkata, and surrounded by anything and everything a student might need.

The faculties were absolutely great. The sessions were very interactive. The professors would really intrigue you and be very interested in your subject. The teaching was in-depth and exploratory. The curriculum was good as well; the genres were mixed so that students had an idea of everything. This is great for someone who wants to teach in the future.

The placements are really average here; there were literally no companies with a decent package for placement. The average would be around 1L–3L. The subjects were, however, subjective and research-based, so related companies were not visiting the campus as well.

There is not really much to do on the campus. There are lots of trees in the campus and a cute dog to always keep the students entertained. There are no such festivals or entertainment options within the college. Some of the staff are good and very helpful. There is a medical college just beside the college, so emergencies are well handled.

The teaching staff is really amazing. They are very friendly and very approachable. The notes provided by the college faculty is very helpful and simple. With these notes it's very easy to score marks with VTU exams.

According to our seniors there is a 90 percent + placement rate for CSE branch. The teachers and the placement cell are very supportive and will guide you throughout the placement process. They give very useful tips and tricks for cracking the interviews.

The academics of the college was very good. I’ve studied BTech over there and my subject was mechanical engineer. The curriculum of the college was very nice though they need some changes in the current updation of the curriculum.

The placement of the college was very poor. less than 50% students were placed and the average package was 3 to 4,00,00 per annum Placement Staff and faculty was supportive. But students get less placement. placement process was very tough. There were cut throat competition in the Placement.

One of premier engineering institute of State. But lacking in infrastructure and funds for providing practical and technical support to engineers. Worst lab infrastructure. Instructors not available.

Poor students to professor ratio. Mostly contract faculties. Very few Permanent faculties. Department like Chemical Engineering, Computer Science are having 2-3 professor only. In the name of semester exam questions paper are also repeated.
Placements
Only TCS, Wipro visit for 3.5 lacs. A very or sometimes one or two companies visits for Mech or Electrical department that's it. Core companies don't visit the institute. That's why most students prepare for competitive exams like GATE, CAT and in that institute tops because high calibre students are here so they find their way.

Its just because college life is always the best. You will not love the college but you will not forget college life because it's not the college its the people that makes memories. Apart from that college campus doesn't have any parlour or cafe except one small canteen.
