College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is pretty good. Available equipments are good enough. Laboratories usually have all the available equipments available at hand. Free WiFi is provided, although with a daily limit. There is a canteen inside of the college, and the food quality is what you'd expect (just around acceptable). There are no smart boards available at the college, although there is a library. The overall hygiene of the is below average. The washrooms specifically are really unhygienic.
Academics
I'm pursuing for a diploma in Computer Engineering, and I'm at just the 2nd semester in this 6 semesters course. Since this is a diploma that requires an education qualification of 10th only (and qualifying in an entrance test), one would think that they would cover up the basics of class 11 and 12 in the first year or so, right? Well that's what they're supposed to do, but are they successful in doing so? The short answer is no. Most of my classmates are doing the course just for the sake of it
Placements
As I said before, I'm a student of the 2nd semester in a 6 semester diploma course. So I can't really comment on the placement quality of the college since I've never been there. But from what I've heard, from my seniors, our college has a fairly high placement assurance (about 80% of all passed students). But the salary packages offered are just not enough, and as such, one can get a job from the college pretty easily. But that job probably won't last very long due to the low salary packages.
Overall i enjoyed the 4 years with differnet experience.

Overall Infrastructure was excellent. There was opportunity for lots of extra curricular activites. There was only problem for the mess food actually it is universal and the hostel rooms were decent. Fully Well maintained place with greenery.

Lacking of industrial exposure. Mostly focussing on the theoritical part rather than the industrial part. Teaching was for only exam point of veiw. More exposure outside campus could be mainly focussed

Placement cell was not doing their job correctly and seriously. For chemical engineering no placement was there. Placement for IT based company is mainly focussed and only that type of company came to our campus.

Campus life was good. Different kind of experience was recieved.

Placement offers are really very good for computer science and mechanical engineering but this time it is probably that more companies will approach and internships will be given to every student Some students have their dream college too

college has adequate infrastructure and keeps up with the trending Technological advances, labs are functional and can be used for research purposes if one wants to. classrooms are equipped with projectors and LCD's, library has a online catalogue for students with online as well as offline journals and papers. sport centre covers almost all the sports with a dedicated sports instructor. student accommodation has Wi-Fi, mess and guest house. overall campus gets cleaned everyday.

i've completed my BTech in Electrical Engineering here. Professors , faculty (labs and workshops) has helped me with my minor/major projects. curriculum keeps on updating every 2 years or so to accommodate teaching methodologies and subjects. labs and workshops are recently revamped with new machinery and testing boards as per industrial standards

placements are quite competitive you have to have skills with academic knowledge to bag a job from campus placements. companies keeps visiting the campus for placements, students have ample chances to get placed in one. average salary offered stays above 3 LPA. placement process as per the no. of the students applied in the particular company. college has placement cell dedicated to organise sessions as per student needs
Campus Life
if you wish to get an admission , do join one cultural and one technical Club there. campus life is greatly affected by what you do when you're lecture is either cancelled or vacant. people here are quite supportive and peaceful environment all along. for emergencies campus has a dispensary and an ambulance 24X7. also there is a PCR available for preventing any outside disturbances.

SIT is build around 60 acres of land located in center of city. Lush green campus. All the major branches like CSE, EC, Mech, Civil, Archi have their separate buildings. Add to it the building for auditorium, cafeteria and 2 basketball court. Every department has its own set of seminar halls. They have good facilities like stair cased hall, wide boards, AC, projectors etc. Also 2 gyms 1 each for boys and girls are present inside campus. You will love living space near college.

SIT being autonomous college, has it's own curriculum. I am currently studying ECE. Professors teaching here for ages have good knowledge about the subject but some new ones, fail to introduce basic topics. Few teachers are really good. Curriculum in ECE branch is updated as we study topics like ML, AI and many more. ECE has good lab facilities. These labs have good quality development boards given by some major companies like Wipro and TCS which makes you job ready for companies.
Placements
The most important part of the college life, placements are okay for non-CS branches, CS branches placements are really good with companies like Samsung, VMWare, Oracle visiting them. If you’re taking CS-IS, you’ll be happy with the placements as long as you don’t mess up your studies. From what i hear the placements only are getting better for the CS/IS branches. For EC 2016-2020 batch highest package was 30Lakhs and avg was 5L. Placement dept is very supportive and helps students for placement
Campus Life
It is near to Bangalore not in Bangalore so you miss the opportunity you could utilize staying at good network place. You don't have exposure to any of the other college curriculum (I mean you see posters but very less interesting students as they are not praised). Cultural festival, ethnic day , branch festivals you can enjoy to the core, again it depends on your involvement and interest.

The infrastructure is not good as compared to the other colleges the buildings are very small , my school buildings were more big than this college buildings also the B.A block is very worst, washrooms are not well maintained very dirty especially for girls and the hostles are also not good not proper facilities are there and the timing doesn't suit the girls.

The faculty is good some teachers are very educated and good and they share their experience with the students and help their students when they stuck somewhere. But if you talk about the jobs there is no proper jobs for the B.A. students.

There is no proper placement in this college, placement are only limited to the Commerce students companies come yo recruit only the b.com students and b.a students suffer the most no placements for b.a students. At first in the college brochure is was written a lot of placements but when we entered into the college one found it worst in placements and i will not suggest anyone this college.

The overall campus is good crowd is good and helpful there is no ragging as we see in other colleges and the jouniers and seniors are also helpful and good but if we talk about the infrastructure so it is average no proper developed buildings also b.a block is very worst

Yes, from daily classroom material to labs,libraries and sports rooms,complexes everything is well maintained with clean and hygienic space and if not it is worked upon. The canteens sometimes are objectifying but it is worked upon apart from this the surroundings are always well maintained with greenery everywhere !

I am pursing Bachlors in Computer Science reason for this is i m interested in this very course. Teachers here are supportive and teach really well and keep a check on each student’s study graph and are very encouraging! Curriculum is updated with everything online now.

As seen and heard by seniors placements here are great here, everyone gets well placed based on how much he/she has explored himself/herself over the years. The opportunity here aren’t less but are numerous. Therefore, IT IS GREAT IN HERE!

Best campus life as extra curricular activities take place often makes it entertaining and interesting college life. Best in everyway exept the fact that trips aren’t arranged here else great in everyway also it is safe enough as we have a police station nearby and good location with excess to various stores, restraunts,hotels,petrol pump and even police station but is far from hospital which is a negative point also ambulance here doesn’t have a good service, doesn’t reach at time of need.

I'm from mechanical engineering department. The quality of teaching is very good. The faculty members are always ready to help the students. They are very much helpful and devoted for the students for better future of the students. This college is regularly updated in order of board.

This college has been always supportive to get placements of the students. This college has been the best supporting quality for the placements. Every company has own terms and conditions for the placements. The highest salary package offered is apx. 15000 in mechanical engineering dept. The average salary package is 10000. The placements process are easy if you ready to get placements.

This college have proper campus. This college have proper ground for playing cricket and football. This college always gives you support for playing. This college is located in Kalyani, Nadia. West Bengal. This college is very much safe and ragging free campus. This college has been always ready for emergencies and handle very nicely.

Studying currently btech ECE. Quality of teaching is really good but we are expected to study on our own mostly. Teaching hours will be very flexible. So do lab hours. Tight schedule and spoon feeding shouldn't be expected. As far as the curriculum is concerned, it is updated and includes all the recent developments.

Placements have been really good with high packages. Google visited with the package of 26 lakhs to offer internships. As far as the companies are concerned, many companies of good quality visit for placements. Almost 70 percent of students are placed. Highest salary package offer went to branches like cse, ece, IT. Average salary offered went till 40k. Placement process is not easy at all, but due to the reputed college, many companies come, we need not worry.

Campus is really big and is expanding too. Access to all the requirements for students. There are many other extra curricular activities like clubs, clusters etc. One of the biggest fest is festember. Inter college cultural fest. Location is in tiruchirapalli and is absolutely safe. Any emergencies are handled in really safe way.

From my point of view campus life is not so good , because of 85% attendance criteria. SO if any event is their and if you go for event then attendance will not be given to you. They were mainly focuss on Academic not or other cultural or Technical activities. Location of Campus is on HIghway,which is around 20 km from main city. Some teachers were good,But teaching quality is not good.

I am pursuing Civil Engineering here. The quality of teaching is unparalleled. The curriculum is upto date and includes all the recent developments in this field. The professors take special care in making us aware of the industrial use of all the topics taught and hence make us instantly job ready candidates.

The placements in Jadavpur University are famous all over West Bengal. Top companies come to our college for placements. Many students get multiple job offers and more or less everyone gets placed. The percentage placed is nearly 85-90 percent each year and the top packages cross 60 lpa. The average package is around 15 lpa. Our college has an extremely student friendly placement cell. In fact a lot of student bodies take part in the placement drives and hence the placements are these good.

The Campus Life is just Awesome! A student can do so much in our college. There are various activities that are organised nearly each and every month! We have a gym totally free for the students! We have mountaineering clubs, art clubs, photography clubs, dance and music clubs and so on! You can even learn foreign languages here : Spanish, French, German, Chinese, etc etc. The teachers are extremely frank and open to students. I am currently pursuing, Btech in CSE and the quality of teaching is good. But to be honest it really depends on you, your friends and the seniors you interact with. The seniors in JUIT are really "really" helpful. You may not get these types of seniors anywhere mostly because the community here is strong. The curriculum is updated because it is a University. Campus life is also good as it is in delhi-ncr region and has a metro station just 10-15 metres away from the main university gate due to which we can commute to any place whether it is delhi, gurgaon or any other city of ncr. It is also near to the ballabgarh bus stand which makes it easy for most of us to take the bus for any of the city. The ground is also big with many sports activities going on every time. The support staff is also very helpful. Overall it is the best university in haryana.

It's true.The infrastructure's bad.The labs have broken equipments and the computer labs have outdated systems.There is no smart class.Sports facilities are very bad.No events and if something is organised you may be told or not. If you want to take part in something you have to leave the classes as events are organised during class hours and later on u face the attendance problem.So u can't develop or explore ur skills.The food is disgusting and not hygenic.Don't tell it's the same everywhere.

I am doing btech in computer science and technology i.e basically computer science and engineering. The college tricked students that they're starting a new branch CST first time in India.But it has the same syllabus the college professors don't even know about it.There are some good professors in chemistry and mathematics but engineering subjects specially computer science is very bad.So btech is not good here. In CS they teach u incomplete topics which have no importance as they're incomplete.

The placement is okayish. The average package is 2.5-3.5 lacs.Some do get packages near 50lacs but by their rigorous hardwork not because of teachers and the college.Yeah this placement was off campus.You may visit their website and see 1600 or 1700 record placement but it's just a lie. The campus life is bad.6 days of 9am-5pm classes and then eating that disgusting food.Events are not interesting if they're organised.The Fest is not that much intriguing.The campus is small about 20 acres.No sports. The campus lies in the outskirts of Dehradun. No festivals are celebrated. Even if in a event you're participating you don't get any support. The management is just awful,non supportive. Even the Exam results are often late.The management is non cooperative.
