The college provides various facilities such as Sports Grounds, Gym, Auditorium, Library and much more. All the facilities are cleaned every day. There are 4 different canteens in which a variety of cuisines are available and the food is hygenic.
Academics
I have studied various subjects in different fields of management and there are lectures with industry experts each year which teaches you about the practical world. The curriculum is updated regularly and students are given assignments on practical scenarios which treat them for the practical world.
Placements
The average placement is about 9.5 lakhs. The highest package is about 19 lakhs and some of the top companies in the country recruit students from here. All the students are constantly guided by college authorities for placement and there are various sessions for students on how they should perform to secure good placements.

The college has a good campus area and its infrastructure are quite old.all the equipments are present in the labs and the facilities are well qualified. Libraries are well maintained in the hostels are well cleaned and hygienic food is prepared for the students. Also the Wi-Fi availability is quite good in hostels.

I am studying electrical engineering. The faculty in electrical branch is very good.The curriculum is updated but the students are not aware of the recent developments as of such. Study makes us job ready as well as for the preparation of GATE.
Placements
Placements are not that good in this college. Almost 30 to 40% students are placed. The highest salary package was offered to CSE branch was 11 lacs per annum. Average salary for electrical is 20 to 30k. the placement process is very pleasant and the facilities are very supportive along with the college members.

The placements are very good and a lot of companies come to campus for recruitment.The college has maintained a high placement record over the years .The placement process is smoothly conducted.The average salary offered is around 4-4.5LPA.The college helps students prepare for placements and the CDC start training students right from 1st year.

Campus life is very good.We have a large food court called Java and is a popular hangout.Students can enroll in clubs based on their interests.The location is quite safe and is well connected to the city.The teachers and support staff are good.

I studied from here BTech in information technology they are all staff are well qualified and have good teaching quality they are also experienced more than 20 years all faculty are best yes I think that my curriculum is updated in IT sector and I am ready for job.

The campus placement system is also best in this industry there are many famous companies are come here and select to student according to their performance up to 75% student are selected in campus placement. The highest salary is 10 lakh to 17 lakh per annum and it is average to 5 to 10 lakh teachers are supports to qualifying exam and interview for the campus placement.

ICT and CS branches started recently(2016). Therefore the placements average at 5 lpa. Many students also prepare for Masters abroad and some for GATE. Hence the placements are average, but if you are able to make a good profile, you can easily bag any job you want.

Yes, the college has all the facilities like infrastructures, equipment. Building with AC classroom, high-speed wifi, HD projector, designed walls. It has AC or non AC hostel for both boys and girls. This university has a library where lots of books on the shelf with every course name. Labs are designed in advanced technologies. Teachers and non-teaching staff are pretty good. The canteen has both a veg-nonveg variety of hygiene foods. But the systems of labs need to be upgraded.

I'm studying INT. MSC(IT) and quality of teaching are good all the faculties are very helpful. They updated our curriculum activity by including advanced courses. Apart from regular classes we also do some projects, paper which helps us to develop our skills.

The quality of placement in our college is very good. Most of the students were placed. They always keep us update about the company. But there is very little company that comes for technical background students.

As per my opinion i find that the college need maintaining... See the campus area is more than enough but it's infrastructure needs to get upgradation. Classes need to upgrade because there is no smart boards and i didn't find any wifi facilities. Cafeterias are full too old fashioned need a desperate upgrade.

SGSIT offer undergraduate and postgraduate program in the fields of engineering, management, computer application and pharmacy. Like all government colleges hostel and mess facilities were of poor quality. You will mostly suffer from these problem. Apart from that sport facility are average. The college provide football, basketball court, sports club etc, for amusement.

Teacher in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. So the academics wise it is really a good teaching quality .The course curriculum is relevant, and it helps students to become industry ready. Our college does not do spoon feeding and asks students to perform the task on their own.
Placements
Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. A top recruiting company visited our campus for placement is Goldman sachs. About 50-60% of the student from our course got internship in companies like infosys, goldman sach etc.

I am pursuing B-Tech at RVR&JC College of Engineering in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Our college has excellent infrastructure, having more than ten computer labs in our college. Each computer lab consists of more than 50 computers. The classrooms and the washrooms are maintained well. Every class consists of a blackboard and a smartboard. Separate sports facilities are provided for boys and girls. Our canteen offers delicious food and hostels are maintained well.

Our college follows the most updated syllabus. The syllabus gets revised every four years. Most of the teachers are experienced and teach the curriculum in an approaching method. Our college encourages workshops and recently conducted a 3-day automation workshop. We have robotics and IoT labs that support most of the students to work with trending technologies. Many courses like AI, cloud computing, and Image Processing are included in the latest curriculum.

Many reputed companies like TCS, Infosys have visited our college during the last few years. TCS is the primary recruiter of our college. Our college registered a 70% placement rate in the previous year, while 20% of the students opted for higher studies. One of the students got a job in Microsoft with a package of 12LPA.
