This is very old college that's why infrastructure wise it is not up to mark but you can get everything as per need it includes hostel,laboratories, canteen sports area and sports club. It is beside holy river ganga so you can get a very beautiful view from hostel roof

Academics were super. We can get many practical labs for practical knowledge, it has a huge library where you can get millions of books, teachers are so intelligent and highly qualified all of them were either mtech graduates or PhDs from top colleges of india and world
Placements
Placement cell has need to work a little more because placement for mechanical and civil is very decent here, average package is some around 4-5 lakh per annum, but cse and electronics has a little good placement here.

Campus life is fun. you can get a huge campus beside holy river ganga, you can get chance to indulge in many sports as well

I am currently in my final semester of BCA. I chose this field because of my passion in designing computer programs. The faculty members are top notch and very hard-working. They provide valuable insights into the world of corporate life and how to tackle the problems. The curriculum is up to date with all the recent trends.

College placements are good. A large number of students get selected. However, top tier companies like Microsoft, google, etc hardly come for placement. Overall, the placement team provided good guidance to the students on how to approach the tests and interviews.

IIITDM Jabalpur definitely has one of the best infrastructures among the present IIITs. The classrooms and hostels are well maintained and in the year 2019 a new library and computer center were opened and were very helpful for us.

I think one of the advantages of IIITDM jabalpur is its highly refined curriculum. It is very relevant and up to date with today's society. I can say the quality of teaching is as good as any other IITs.
Placements
I have just completed my 2nd semester so I'm not very aware of our campus placements yet .I have heard that the placements are not as excellent as some of the best IITs and NITs but still very much in the top among the IIITs.

I'm a second year student in a triple major course , it's basically BA in psychology sociology and economics. This is a course which absolutely facinated me with the three subjects I love and believe will help me with my future endeavours. The quality of teaching is exceptional. The curriculum on the other had is relevant to today's world and deals with a lot of current issues along with the base of each subject.

The placement opportunities are vast in Christ , however most students prefer to look jobs themselves because of the immense exposure they get. Many multinational companies and startups look for employees in Christ university. That's mostly because of the discipline and sincerity students are taught as part of non academic curriculum, through the means of dress code, timings and so on and so forth

My college life is something I consider a blessing. I'm exposed to people from different places in the world. The diversity here is immense and is celebrated. O can't point out one best part cause everything here is amazing. As a student you can engage in a whole host of activities, you can join clubs like drama, music, dance, theater or societies like the MUN, debate, social work. Placements for the students of BBA LL.B. are average. As after the degree, many students go for higher studies and prepare for judiciary exams. Lots of good companies like Deloitte and many more visit the campus for placements. There is a placement cell which looks after all the placement activities very actively. The average salary package offered was 6-7 LPA.

Curriculum is quite similar to as that of IIT Kanpur. It is regularly updated, and also it is focused more on research and practical projects rather than being just theory oriented to prepare students according to the industrial demands.

I am currently pursuing Computer Science at VIT,Vellore. In my opinion the quality of teaching is good. Most of the professors are knowledgable and would assist you without any hesitation when asked. The curriculum is updated to ensure we are in touch with the pace of technology.

The placements at VIT Vellore are good. If you work hard for the four years you can surely crack a good company. The highest package that was offered last year was 39lac CTC by Microsoft. The placement cell at VIT ensures that everyone gets placed.

Campus life is the best life at VIT. Our cultural and technical fests 'Riviera' and 'Gravitas' are worth to visit. There are more than hundred clubs at VIT to make sure you discover your area of interest or passion. The teachers and staff are good.
