There is no doubt about the infrastructure, facilities and equipment the college provides the best, each class contain smart boards, laboratories and libraries are filled with advanced features and books which are useful to students in performing activities, hostels are well organised and maintained. Livings space and canteen food is clean and hygienic.
Academics
Well i am doing B.tech(ECE). Quality of teaching is good ,faculty is well skilled and experienced. The curriculum is updated and includes recent developments each part is clearly explained,facility motivates and helps students in work. This study makes me job-ready
Placements
The quality of placements is good, well reputed companies come forward to pick students. Every students who has interest and knowledge is given an opportunity, as per marks it should be above 75%. The highest package offered is around 13lakhs to CSE. The average package is around 5 to 6lakhs. Placements process is easy and well supported by college.
Campus Life
The college performs all education, cultural, sports activities, the students can participate in any of the activities. The faculty and support staff is supportive and gives advice, the college is silent, pollution free,safe and it can handle emergencies .
Overall it's been a good experience for me till now.

The curriculum is well updated and modern with current knowledge. As a BMS Student, I would say that the Autonomous status of the college and it's ability to set it's own syllabus has proved to be an excellent benefit.

The placement quality of St.Xaviers College is excellent. The avg placements went for eight lakhs and the highest placement by Citi Bank went for fourteen lakhs. The candidates also achieved 100% placements

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is very good it is Germany designed infrastructure all the facilities are available, even if it is Wi-Fi facility or it is any other facility all the facilities are available here, Wi-Fi speed is too high, smart boards are available in the seminar hall auditorium laboratories etc, classroom are normally designed, no special things you will see in the classrooms, but one thing which I like about intra structure is that each department has different building.

College academic are outstanding, I am 2018 batch passed out mechanical engineering student, talking about syllabus syllabus is updated now but at all time it was not here if you talk so they majorly focus on the theoretical part and forget to focus on the practical part of the curriculum even curriculum in fluids only theoretical think it should also include some sports and other areas also, study is making us job ready because they majorly focus on those things related to company exam.
Placements
There is very good placement, quality of placement is 90% and quantity is 100%,as it is commonly known in each of the college now Computer Science and Engineering branch is one of the major and top branch where placement you will find very high, so sem this record is about computer science and engineering and IT branch, while a decrease in the order when you go top to down, highest package till now offered in our batch was 27 lakh per annum, average packages 3 to 4 lakh per annum.

Campus life is outstanding everything is a best feature of the college one thing which I don't like is college timing its total 8 to 9 hour study, with gap of 1 hour only for lunch, student teacher and support staff is very good their location is also safe, emergency is also handle by the college.

.yes in our college it has good facilities and equipment .In class room nearly it has 40 benches and laboratories very spacious &libraries are very peaceful with more number of books with foreign authors when it comes to sports for indoor games we had able tennis and shuttle cartons,chess and out door game swe have volley ball with 2 courts and basket ball court kabbadi and kho kho games were played in annual games for girls we have games like throw ball and more oftenly cricket is also palyed .

Quality of placement is ok ok type. Companies comes here for placement. Very short amount of students get placed. But they provide a good salary if you get placed. 10k-25k is most probably the average salary offered here. College is very supportive for all students.

There is nothing great to share about my college's infrastructure. It is old. As far as I am concerned, all the facilities are available. The laboratories are OK and there not much sports centres. They are not used well. The college is well maintained.

I am studying Electronics and Communication Engineering. The studies are good and same like other engineering colleges. Nothing special to tell. The faculty is nice and the teach well. The curriculum is updated but doesn't make us that prepared for a job.

The quality of placements is good but we don't have many placements. Half of the students get placed and most of them will be from CSE. The average package might be around 4 lakhs. There is nothing like highest packages as far as I am concerned. The college provides everything that we need to get a good job.

We neither have clubs nor good programs. We can count the number of programs on our finger tips. Only a few events are organised. Teachers move on well with us. Our college is near mangalpally and the area is safe.

Teachers in our college are very much helpful well-knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, teaching quality is average. I think the course curriculum is relevant for us, and it will help us to be industry-ready. It will also help us to apply for new jobs in future. Mechanical department is really good.

1. 95% of the total students are placed in different companies this year.The highest salary offered was 15 lakh. The lowest salary is 8 lakh. Average salary is about 9 lakh. 3. TCS, Tech Mahindra come to recruit from the mechanical department of jgec. Roles like designer, worker in factories are given to the students. 100% students got internships in various companies like DSP, NTPC, Mahindra and Mahindra and other big companies.

When I entered the college I was taken . It was not as bad as I assumed. In fact, the first year hostels are awesome. It is newly built, so is the CS IT building and LT. The labs are well equipped too.

Most of the teachers are good and cooperative. I am studying in 1st year, branch is ECE. Whenever I feel like asking any doubt or approach them for general advice, there is no problem. The lecture quality is better than few NITs.
Placements
Placements are average here. Average package is arpund 3 lacs. Since its not an iit or nit, so the package is directly proportional to the skills the student has. This reflects in the fact that highest package is 22 lacs something.

And I think it's not up to the level when compared to today's advancements in computer field. And the management is currently in the process of modifying the syllabus which will benefit the upcoming students and they will have a better view about the subjects

Currently I'm in 2nd year, usually students will get their placements by the final year. According to what I heard is that the placement process took place smoothly even though the number of companies which came are quiet less compared to other departments but most of the students are placed in.

I love the college ambience surrounded by green environment and it has all the facilitates it needed. And the college have 6 to 7 clubs to enhance the students abilities and the location is safe and convenient. The main negative thing what I think is the limited time. As the blocks are placed far away, we have to rush in every hour before the attendence.

Needs updating. The infrastructure is good enough but not the best. The computer lab is unused. Studios are huge and well ventilated. There is a library within the college which needs to be used more by the students.

The professors you meet in the department are one among the best and are scholars in their field. They are surprisingly friendly and are very supportive to student causes. Although when i began to study at the college the syllabus seemed outdated, the current students are experiencing updated versions of the syllabus meeting the industry needs.

Most colleges I've found around Bangalore do not provide in-campus placements for architecture programs. However the alumni network is really strong within the college network with almost all heading major firms. Yearly alumni meets are conducted where students might find an opportunity to connect. Also most seniors who have passed out are found to be working under most reputed firms in india and outside.

One of the best part of our college is its location! A lush green forest and abundant space to enjoy with a small pond that gets seasonally filled. The closest mall is few bus stops away and most fast food shops are outside the jnana bharathi campus which some might find inconvenient. Basic xerox and snack shops are found within the campus. And since its in located in the outskirts the traffic is negligible compared to the main city areas.
