College Infrastructure
This college has small buildings its okay to adjust but lack of sports centre and ground. College have avarage facilities only. Labs are effective for B.Com, B.C.A, BBA courses . All are clean and hygiene only.
Academics
Studies are good in this college always they teaches okay many times they will give assignments to students. Faculty only some are experienced and teaches well. College cirriculum is updated and followed same for all SVU colleges.
Placements
Placements are average in this college, small companies like startups only comes and hire students in this college, On an average package also medium only. No separate cell for placements in this college.

All the facilities and equipment are there. Class rooms and labs are good and spacious. Projector in class and around 100 systems in labs and we'll maintained by lab assistant. There are around 1000 books in library. If interested in sports, we can participate. Every day sweepers clean everything.
Academics
I completed B.tect IT(2015). I am interested in joining computer science department but I got a seat in IT only at counseling. According to our syllabus it will helpful a little bit only but every Saturday college conducted a soft skills and aptitude class.
Placements
When I was studying there is average placements because at that time they developing the placements . I don't know the percentage placed and highest salary. The average salary offered was 10-15k. Based on the academic performance they filter the candidate to attend the interview.
Campus Life
College campus was good and students activities are NCC, IV, symposiums, and seminars. All staffs and teacher are supportive. Location is good and safe.
Maintain your CPI above 8 and participate in events at IIT.

Well student teacher ratio for theory classes is 1 teacher for 100 students approx.,proff voice is inaudible mostly.for labs ratio is 1 teacher and assistants for 40 students. Labs are well equipped. Placements are poor for civil engineers in core branch but if you want to go towards coding then it is just fine. Infra is overall poor - Cricket,football and hockey are played on same field with little space. I would suggest if you are taking CE then focus on your linkedin profile from first day.

Proff voice is inaudible,there are no civil engineering clubs,you study 6-7 days before midsem and endsem ,then you get good marks, curriculum is outdated ,very few students participate in IIT events .
Placements
Well most seniors prepare for govt services, paid internships are not there,very few private firms come to recruit but if you want to go towards coding you will be hired .if you want placement make your linkedin profile strong and participate in events hosted by IIT .

Right now i am pursuing B.com to become a revenue officer . Teaching quality is good and the syllabus of our course is very competitive. curriculum is updated and many skill development program is run by college.

college had conduct job mela for students where more than 90% of the students are placed at many companies. job mela is conducted by placement cell of the college with the collaboration of medha. college is very supportive.

Yeah, My college have all the infrastructure and facilities . college have all the outdoor facilities and students really enjoyed it . teachers and staffs are very supportive . seiners are very helpful . Location is safe for all.

The placements are minimal. In years to come, we have prestigious companies to offer better placements for our college. However, the bright and idealistic students are placed in well paid jobs. Our college has been very supportive from the start.

There are hostels for both boys and girls. Classrooms and labs are good. There is college canteen, food prices are affordable other than that there is road side stall for foods outside the college. The bingo is that there are whole host of food courts like dominos pizza, subway surfer, cafe coffee day, wafffers and many more which would take around two minutes to reach from college.

I am studing CSE as i have always been passionated about coding and it is most demanded in the industry. Our college is affiliated by MAKAUT and approved by AICTE which perhaps includes all the recent developments in tje field.There are online test, quiz, assignments and internal exams and grooming classes as well which makes us ready for job.
Placements
In this academic year of 2019-2020, about 70% of the students got placed with most of them getting multiple job offers. The top recruiting companies for B.Tech CSE is Capgemini, Infosys and CTC. About 30% students got an offer for internship from various companies.
Campus Life
Basically, there is no campus. There college don't have any playground and all sports and games are conducted in public playground. Anyway quiz and other curricular activities are held every month.

The college has different blocks for different branches . It has a big auditorium , and sports centres or large sports ground for each and very sport like basketball group , volley ball ground and many more . The campus has updated labs with all equipments . The college is very neat or clean and very well maintained.

The curriculum is updated every year according to the recent developments in the fields or to the requirements which keeps the students updated too . I m studying electronics and communication engineering here and the college provides me a strong knowledge in the field.

The quality of the placements is good . Major companies like TCS, Wipro and infosys visit the campus every year . The students are trained in aptitude and soft skills from the very first year or semester itself till the final year . Hence ,I found the college very supportive.

Campus life is pretty much strict and has many rules and regulations including the hostel life . Anti ragging zone campus . The college should build a bit more lifts which would help both students and faculty.

All the lecturers are extremely experienced and punctual.Lectures not only support students by their valuable lectures but apart from that they help students externally as well like in case any student feel shy or awkward to ask doubts so he/she also ask that question personally from the teacher.

College have a decent placement cell and also working on it continuosly.College placement cell selects students from beginning of course and trained them for all the skills related to clearing interviews also now they are calling reputed companies to hire employees from the college.

Presently i am pursuing btech in petroleum engineering in our institution and according to me the quality of teaching is satisfactory. I am a bcom student currently studying in second year. My college has a great infrastructure and it has it's own history, as it was established in 1866. As soon as we enter our college premises, it feels we have entered in historical monument. It has a special feeling. Our college is the oldest college of our city kanpur. It carries a historical heritage of supreme educational service and standards. The living space in our college is clean and hygienic and in terms of facilities it's so good.

As our college is the oldest college of kanpur and it have a great history in academics. As I am a bcom student, classes of bcom held regularly and the teacher's are so good that we are more comfortable to study. The quality of teaching is perfect, In my opinion I am happy with the academics part of bcom.

To be honest I don't have heard about the placement so much but it effect on the performance of student. If the student's performance is valuable and have great academic year they deserved a good placements. Many famous personalities of different field have studied from our college. You can google it.

Our college campus is too good. As every student of each department either of Bcom/ BA/ Bsc lives together and studies together. There is great team work and as it is located near Z square Mall kanpur, we feel more comfortable and cool. My college is safe and it can handle the emergencies. We also have health check up room in our college.

The use of facilities loosens up as you go higher through your semester. Even if there are projectors installed in the classroom they were hardly used during tbe whole course of work. But college does have a good subsidize price of the canteen.

College does have a good curriculum to follow but it is not followed as it should go on. As a whole they teach you how to add numbers but expect you to learn scientific calculations by your own. There are teachers who guide well but there are some does not have idea what the subject is all about.
