College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the University is clean and maintained. The classrooms are also quite good. Wi-Fi doesn't work. The campus has gardens to relax. Also their is sports fields amd every kind of sports is being played. The hostels room are good, but the fees for hostel is too high.
Academics
In 1st semester the faculty was supportive and helpful. But in 2nd semester we came across two kinds of faculty i.e. new faculty and senior faculty. It is difficult to manage between two kinds of faculty. Also they gives us so many assignments to do. You oftenly get time to relax and enjoy.
Placements
The Chandigarh University offers many placement opportunities. You must attain above 7.5 cgpa for sitting in placements. 8.5 cgpa for multinational companies. They mainly focus on BTech courses and in agriculture couse some companies like Nestle visit and hire students. They do provide internships in 7th semester. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys,Wipro etc do visit.

They organise monthly fest and also concerts happens in every 5-6 months.

Chandigarh University is the thirteenth University in India that has achieved NAAC A+ accreditation during its first cycle. The campus is huge and well maintained. The facilities of wifi and connection is worked properly. They provides computer lab to those who cannot afford. The laboratories are well equiped with the latest technologies and tools. The library has collection of books for various branches of science students. Hostels are cleaned but water and food is not that much good.
Academics
Academic facilities are good . Faculties are cooperative and support you in every field. Environment is so good, you don't have to face any harsh behaviour. Department take strict reactions if anyone do mess. There are lots of clubs in which you can join and improve yourself. Lots of events and curriculum held like hackathon event, competition and many others.
Placements
BE-CSE students get more placed in good companies. Although they provide you every announcement, events related to placement. Department helps you in every way either it is academic or placements round. It all depend on you and your skills. Last year, the highest pa ckage offered for our course was 31Lpa and average is 4lpa. It all depends on your effort, if you want best from this university, you have to do the best.

The greenery is too much mesmerising, there are badminton, tennis courts, and also Football, Cricket grounds etc. which comprises most of the sports. In all there are around 17 air conditioned lecture halls which have many features such as smart boards and projectors.For research and lab works there we have different labs such as for programming,Electronics,Mechanics.

In terms of Academics it is good, but you may feel some subjects to be boring but at the same time if you try to think deeper then it will definitely generate good outputs. The quality of teaching is fine but you must also practice each and everything as referred by teachers and seniors as well. The college has a very well defined curriculum and in advance we are already been given CIF which helps to understand the approach for particular subject. The course is designed by expert faculties.

The placements of the college are really eye catching. Almost every company visits our institute. From each branch depending upon the need of the company more than 90 percent of the registered students gets placed. Companies such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe offers a big package to the students. There is a separate TPC(Training and Placement Cell) which helps in the process of placements and also seniors are very helpful in terms of academics as well as non academic activities.

The Training & Placement cell is actively providing good no of placements to deserving students. The PPT classes starts from 1st year itself.And till 3 rd year you are ready to face interviews. The location is safe for both boys and girls.If you want city life malls, parks, restaurants etc The Gunupur is a small town so you don't get those. Yes but there are Restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy. Life in campus is good Unfortunately I have spend only 1 month in campus and because of 2nd wave the university is closed. The Campus is very big you can rome there and enjoy. The Seniors are very good and GietU has no Ragging policy. The Management is very strict regarding indiscipline.

Every thing is quite good, well maintained, hygienic. Class are quite good. Main lectures hall are big, have around 250 seating. Then we have small classes for all the batches it have around 30 seatings.

All the teachers are PhD qualified. So, every thing is quite good with them. Teachers are interactive. You can approach them anytime, they will respond. They also provide you with opportunity for projects. Sometimes they even recruit student to work on projects with them.

Our college recenty had 1 batch out and it was good. All the companies were good. Students got good packages. One of the student got into microsoft with a great package of 40 lakh per year. The average package was around 7 lakh.

Sports Facilities are a concern here since there are not much in the campus itself, one has to travel to the DAVV campus which is nearly 500m away from IET campus to avail those kinda facilities. The Collage has a very vast infrastructure for around 25,000 students and staff. It is well-designed to accumulate almost 90% of the students to the hostels. Infrastructure never compromises on its safety and cleanliness. Studying Electronics and communication engineering, which basically is the roughest to learn and toughest to teach. All the faculty are of at least minimum Ph.D. and have a minimum experience in teaching field. The quality of the placements has been very very good. Year by year the packages has been on a high steep going up and up. Almost every student who has a decent grades and skills gets a job. The highest salary package of 44 LPA offered by Microsoft is so far the highest ever in VIT Vellore. Recently given that VIT Vellore has got more than 8000 offers of job placements. And the average salary being 6.05 LPA, it is fair enough to say that it has good campus placement records.

Banaras Hindu University provides great infrastructure with green campus. Faculties and hostels are well-maintained, classrooms are clean and large in size. There're a seperate library in faculty ,a computer lab, seminar halls ,an auditorium and its completely wifi zoned. In hostel, hygienic food were provided with cheap cost.

I had done my b.com(hons) from FOC , BHU. Studying in BHU has been a dream for all students. The faculty members are well-qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and very helpful. University update its syllabus as per the need. It also organize different workshops for students.

I can say that there's a decent type of placement here. As per my knowledge approx 10-15 companies visited every year and more than 20%- 30% of students are normally get placed. The average salary offered was ₹16,000 per month.

I'm currently doing B.E in Computer Engineering and I'm quite satisfied with the quality of teaching here, even though the mode of teaching is online, our doubts are being solved thoroughly and receiving help frok faculty on any problems. I don't have an exact data on the placements, but the highest package previous year was 30.5 LPA in foreign. Well I guess most of them were placed in good companies and received good packages. All thanks to the placement coordinator for helping the students.
