College has all the basic infrastructure that is required for teaching, there are facilities like smartboards, projectors, wifi, air conditioners and more. The campus is neat and cleaned well often and is generally very tidy. The campus does not have much open space but in short it's above average in pure infrastructure.
I'm pursuing BBA, looking for further growth in management. I'm really impressed with the quality of teaching and the faculty as most of them are highly experienced and maintain great professionalism as required. The curriculum regularly updates wrt the university and fits the bill as something that'll make good graduates.
Th e quality of placement is above average for Bachelor's Degrees with several companies taking home employees from the college directly. Above 30% are offered placements after Bachelors with the average package being 2.5LPA going up to 4LPA.
Campus is composed of a single building with multiple floors including a library, auditorium, canteen, computer labs, extracurricular rooms. The students can engage in activities in multiple clubs and represent the college in various disciples including cultural and sport activities. The crowd around the college is one the most positive aspect as it generally very pleasant and supportive. The college is located right next to a Police Station as well as a hospital in a prime location.
Good infrastructure, Air Conditioning facility in the classroom, good laboratory, library and sports centres. Hostel rooms are very small and congested. WiFi condition is not too good. No smart boards are available.
Good quality teaching and not best one. The syllabus is not according to the preparation of the gate exams but some topics match with the gate topics also. My study is helping me to prepare for the job.
Placement in circuital branches is quite good, preferably in computer science branch. In non-circuital branches like chemical engineering, people face lots of problems getting job as well as internship also.
Campus life is the best part of this college. Beautiful infrastructure, parks, lawns, canteens, makes it perfect for having amazing campus life. Different fests are organised where we can participate or even we can involve in organising it.
I have to listen the North Campus and some of the colleges of very good infrastructure is well maintained and the facilities provided by them are much better but also some of the colleges are not good as per the Expectations like they don't have good sitting facilities and the water supply is not available on time so it makes many difficulties.
Curriculum is updated and teachers have really helped out with every situation and studies I have completed my BA programme from Delhi University SOL the classes and only available before the examination but the teachers are good and experienced the way of teaching was very good an appreciable study material also provided by the college on time
When it comes to placement it is a worst part of this university when you are coming for the admission the used tell we provide 100% placement but actually it is not like that so think twice before taking admission to this college after all you will spend huge amount
Yes, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad have all the necessary infrastructure like smart classroom with proper seating arrangements whiteboard blackboard and smartboard. The best part about IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is its library...one can spend his/her whole day there. In campus you can find amul and Nescafe canteen... In campus there is gym, sports and wifi facility. It's a beautiful campus with Greenery all around. If I talk about improvement scope. There is not sufficient or required equipments for research student.
I have done my M.tech in Environmental science and engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. Faculties of my department are very knowledgeable and deliver there knowledge to the student very well. They are highly qualified. After studying from this department I was sure that I can stand by myself in the outside world and can give my input in my field.
I can say only for my self and for my department. So if I'll talk about Environment department.. then yes... No of Placement from Environment department is high. PSU's like coal india and SAIL also comes for placements. The minimum package any company can offer is 6lakh. Below this is not acceptable in ISM.
Campus Life is the best part of any college life. Every year cultural fest tech fest rock fest Basant and many more events were organised. College is located in the middle of the city. Students teachers every one was very supportive. Its a honour to be part of such reputated college.
The college infrastructure is decent. The places are hygienic. The campus isn't huge. The field is just fine. The labs have sufficient systems and high speed internet. There are projectors installed in most of the classes.
The quality of teaching is average. Comparable to most other colleges in the same league. Some professors are very knowledgeable. The course will definitely not make you job ready. That's something you'll have to do on your own.
The college is good placement wise. Provides ample opportunities to those who wish to get placed in a good company. Again there is competition since the number of students are high. The process is quite streamlined.
Yes we do have good amount of infrastructure, and all the other necessary features which a university students require. More over the university upgrades the labs and classrooms with the required apparatus.
In terms of academics it is good enough. We can grasp ask much we can and also the faculty in here are very much supportive to students. The library in the university is a hub for a lot of journals, magazines, books, references.
Every year a lot of students ge tplaced in TCS, Cognizent and many other MNC's present in the country. Almost 80% students get placed in various companies. Apart from that the university supports students to pursue higher education.
We can hqve a lot more when compared to other universities in the state.
College is fully furnished, fully wifi equipped, along with a huge library and a totally modern gymkhana and lush green field. The food is vivid and diverse and the quality is pretty well for a hostel.
The curriculum is pretty well updated, and teachers are pretty qualified. Although I think a bit more practical knowledge will be fine. Except that the curriculum is pretty advanced and diverse. It's really relatable and easy to understand.
Superb placements. Almost all the companies come for placement. The placement varies from 8-9 lpa to 98 lpa. And the top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Jaguar, Tata, Mercedes etc.
College campus is beautiful, and college life is vibrant and full of energy. With plethora of activities going on at a time
The college has all the necessary equipments and infrastructure for engineering and other disciplines. It has sophisticated labs for research also.Living spaces are bit cramped (especially for the first year) and mess is decent enough.
The academics is fine but quite hectic I would say, a bit excessive work has to be done with very less input of knowledge from those works. The curriculum is not at all up to date and is useless, doing things on own has bigger advantage.
Placements are the pivotal part of VIT and to be honest VIT offers innumerable opportunities in different companies and fields with a lot of companies visiting the campus. The figures of placements are good. But when delved little inside, we see that the number of students competing is huge!
VIT also has different types of cafes along with Dominos in campus. There are two major events in VIT called Rivera and Gravitas (technical event). Both the events are conducted on a huge scale.
Hostels, mess , badminton courts and all the buildings in the world are available in that cramped space. Every semester they stand a new building, every year they are adding more and more students that the last year. Nice looking but too many buildings.
You don't get that quality of studies as you would expect as of the college so renowned. They are not so much focusing on the quality of the college studies. But you get lot of exposure in different events which is cool.
Placements are Ok. I mean huge number of companies come here which pretty awesome but lot of them are offering low paying jobs plus the companies coming here are not recruiting students from all the branches, most of them are here looking for IT guys.
Great library and hostels. Everything is clean and well maintained. The academic blocks are also huge and every facility is available in labs and classrooms. the mess has good food and also good Management system
Teachers here are highly educated and helpful in clearing doubts and counselling students. The syllabus is vast and exams are taken often which puts some pressure on students but helps afterwards and good for overall academic growth of students.
Developer, software engineer, editor, designer and manager roles are offered here. It depends on what company you are applying for or profile. Every student will get placed every year with good knowledge in good companies
From the student point of view it's one of the best in terms of infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Vit is among the few colleges to have electron microscope for research purposes. Best in class library, laboratories, and machines al well maintained. A lush green campus with clean hostels. Mess is hygienic but food taste depends on one's own taste.
Computer science engineering with spec in Bioinformatics(2013-2017). teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. This is a place of opportunities. Curriculum is made as required for a student to pursue what he/she wants.
Placements are average as compared to Tier 1 colleges. Average CTC offered in the year 2017 was around 5-6 lacs. but considering the number of students in each branch, those taking up the top placements(15-25 lacs) would be equal in number with those top tier colleges. well reputed companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Google, FLipkart) offer jobs with no bar on CTC. They look for students with knowledge rather than cgpa.
classes happen in separate buildings so running from one to another makes the day tiring. Apart from that there is something or the other happening in the campus. Students can engage in a lot of diff activities. FFCS gets a little competitive for average and low scoring students(work hard to even be eligible for an AC room). Vellore is a safe place and the locals care about the VIT students.
There are great libraries with the latest technologies to make it digital. There is a great environment with boards and rooms for small discussions and proper managing systems. We also have a night mess. I liked the breakfast provided every day. We had AC and non-AC gyms inside the hostel. You will get a job after your graduation
It is average. The good thing is that we can choose the subjects, timing and faculty of our interest. VIT works on FFCS, which is a fully flexible credit system. Most of the faculty members are doctorates. So their teaching level is high and very understandable. They are friendly with students. It is a very good college to learn. Faculty members are good.
About 90% of the students are passed out with good placements every year. Vellore Institute of Technology is also known as famous for its placement.A high percentage of students were placed. the highest salary package offered was 44 lakhs per annum by Microsoft to the stream computer science. average salary offered is 6LPA. I have not been placed yet.
The College infrastructure is great and big. There are many parks in the campus to hangout with friends. The laboratories are well eqipped. There are spacious classrooms which are highly ventilated. The hostel interior is nice and the living place is clean.
The academics are wonderful. The faculty is decent. Teachers are highly experienced and supportive. Workshops and seminars are conducted on the daily basis to provide knowledge to students. The curriculum is up to date.
Our college placements are outstanding. Last salary package is 5 Lakh per annum. 90% percent students of final year are placed in various companies. The placement process is very pleasant for us and very simple . College is very supportiv
The infrastructure is mixture of old and new building. Library Has all the collection of books and articles. Wifi covered campus and classroom are good . All the labs are having basic equipments. Hostel are available and good.
I did my bachelor's in arts . I didn't recommend tthis our for the job purpose if you want to get job then you need to do computers course too. teachers are well qualified and having good experience in teaching. Curriculum I update time to time . If you want to do job then select any other course.
In my course placements are not available and my main focus on my dad's bbusiness how I can expand it. placement drive have well experienced team and good record in placement from other departments. My future plan is study abroad.

I have done my b.com side wise i am preparing for banking the quality of teaching is good this help in my graduation also and will also help in future jobs too school of open learning helps me achieving my career and yes my all circullamis updated
Placement is not for school of open learning .it was not easy to get placed yes it was supportive for student teacher is also good but placement is good for regular student who achieve higher marks in the college
My campus is located in north campus delhi university all were supportive and friendlythe price of food served by them value the money
The infrastructure is good.class rooms are clean amd they are well maintained. The hostels are equipped with ac and non ac.after first year the rooms are allotrd based on the cgpa . Wifi is provided all over the institute.
I am studying EEE. This institution offers different courses under programme core ,programme elective, university core, university elective.TQuality of teaching is phenomenal. The teachers are very helpful.
This happens to be the best part of VIT . It has 100% placements. It is diveded into dream ,super dream and mass companies.almost all the students will be placed in the companies. The placements for cse EEE and IT are amazing
infrastructure is good its a mixture of old and new building structure and Library has all the books and journals and articles. classroom and labs are having all the equipments and basic thing's. hostels are good ofor living and enjoying the college life with friend's . canteen is fav. place of students.
I'm had done my bachelor's of arts and course is good but you need to enhance you skills in other fields too during the study period. course curriculum is update time to time. its not job oriented course and you need spend your time in other fields too
placement drive is good in others fields like bba, b.com and others fields too . placement drive work of Students skills where the students lagging in interview. average package is 3 lacs . college is supporting in other fields too like languages. my plan is study in aboard to learn other culturals of World
Yes my college have nevessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels all have essential things and are well maintained. Yes the living spaces are clean and food is hygenic.
I am pursuing Btech. In computer science and engineering. Computer subject as always been my favorite so is the reason. Quality of teaching is awesome. Yes our curriculum is always updates and includes recent developments in the field. Yes, my course is job oriented.
CMR UNIVERSITY, BANGALORE has the best placement for engineering . With 95% of placement our college's students get placed in highly known companies. They are well paid in the starting. My study isn't over yet to get placed.
Thapar University has the best infrastructure among all college in north India. The campus is spread over 250 acres which include hostels, academic block, library, sports arena, general complex, meditation centre, health centre and many more interesting spots.
Every college has some good and bad faculty members. But in Thapar, you can say faculty members are average. There are many experienced teachers and have good knowledge. If we talk about the course curriculum, every branch has 8 semesters. The summer training and one internship are mandatory for every student.
Placements at Thapar University are quite good. But it's not relevant if we consider fee as a contributing factor. As I have seen the data of placements of the year 2019, the total placement offers were almost 1250, and nearly 325 organisation visited the campus for placements. From being an electrical background, the average salary package offered is around 4 LPA.
From Wi-Fi to specialised laboratories, everything is available. The college is meticulously designed to provide students with the best possible college experience. A smart library with books and auto-issue capabilities is also available. In all the hostels, the food provided is of good quality.
The teachers are well-educated and involved in ongoing research ventures. IIT graduates make up the entire faculty. They can be helpful at times. The programme has been revised and is up to date. It also corresponds to the GATE syllabus. It is now supplemented with free electives.
With 20-30 companies coming for our branch, about 40-60% of students got placed. Our placement record has been good. The average package offered is around 6-7 LPA. Nokia, Samsung, and several other companies are among the top firms. However, there was a slight decrease in placements this year.
