Bhawanipur has one of the best infrastructure in Calcutta. It has all the the modern classrooms equipped with projectors in every classroom. The library is amazing. It has smart boards. The college is always clean.
Academics
I was studying Bcom. Quality of teaching is good but students don't attend classes here. Curriculum is not up to date as it is still affiliated to the years old Calcutta University. College is good if you have the will to study.
Placements
They have regular placement drives for internships and jobs but they are not upto the mark. No good companies actually visit here. Most of us actually got jobs on our own. Time has passed so this might have changed now.
Campus Life
Campus life is the best here. You get regular celeb visits and regular events happening here. You won't get bored for this.

The college is very strict, and they make all the students be disciplined and punctual.It is one of the oldest seminaries formed in 1980's to provide a better quality technical education to students. There are good faculty members in our department. There are 6 PhD holding faculty members and 4 assistant professors. They are highly qualified in their core subjects. The teaching here is more practical-oriented compared to other colleges.the curriculum makes students industry ready and it is constantly being upgraded.The subjects provided in our course were very helpful and they were related to software industry.

Almost 70 per cent of students were placed in our course and the highest package offered was 19 lacs per annum while the lowest package Infosys and Deccan Fine Chemicals Private Limited were the top recruiting companies for our course. Nearly 40% of the students got internships from here. was 3 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon, Infosys and TCS. Another 40 per cent of students got an internship in Infosys company.
