Placement opportunities are pretty good and almost 70% of students are placed every year and companies are pretty good, they hire students based on the skills and their performance also they offer minimum packages according to the performance of students.

Facilities in the college are not very good. Ot doesn't have all the necessary infrastructure and equipment. Laboratories doesn't have properly working PCs. Classrooms doesn't have working projectors.

I have pursued Computer Science and Engineering because I want to pursue my carrier in IT industry. The curriculum I had doesn't include the latest technologies in the field. It was way behind in time.
Placements
There will be no campus placements in this college. We have to apply for jobs off campus. More than 80 percent students got placed through off campus. Average salary offered was 3.5 LPA. Placement process depends on company as we applied for off campus jobs.
I am looking forward to go back to college and live my life.

Our college have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment and the environment of the college is very excellent because entire campus is covered with fresh air trees. Hostel rooms are good and mess food is tasty and hygienic. Canteen and sports court facilities are there.

I studied MBA in this college and the way the faculty receive the students, good curriculum with updated syllabus , pattern of semester is good and with good invigilation and better teachers with highly qualified are there. But results are too lately released. Fee paying is not developed yet, it is restricted with bank challan only.
Placements
The quality of placements for this department is low as the placement cell don't work properly. Only 2-3 companies come they recruit only 5-10 members only. others have to depend on off campus placements for jobs. The average package one can expect is 4LPA.

Placements at IBMR, Indore is quite decent which definitely gives ROI to all the UG students. You just need to work on yourself as college helps in every way possible. The highest package was for 5 lakhs for UG student in our batch. The placement process is also easy.

The college is equipped with a library. It has four lecture theatres each with a capacity of 250 students. It has all the laboratories including skills lab. The labs and LTs are air conditioned. The library has a reading room that is open 24 hours. However, the college doesn't have an auditorium.

When it comes to academics, UCMS stands out from rest of the colleges. I am a MBBS student there and the faculty is amazing. They are always on board to listen to your ideas whether it is related to academics or any general problem. The support staff is also amazing. The college follows the newly updated curriculum put forward by the NMC.

Companies do not come to UCMS for placements as it is a medical college. Although, there is a a mandatory one year internship after passing your final year MBBS exams. You will be provided with a stipend of around 30,000 INR p.m. During the intership period you get to learn stuff of patient and hospital management.

The campus life is one of the best features of UCMS. You are provided with a single sharing room in your hostel. The residential complex has a park that is only for students and the faculties. The college is located in east Delhi. There is not many good places but you can always go out. Also there is a centre sports field where you can play soccer, basketball badminton etc.

Placement scenario was not as clear as it is to be. In our batch approximately 60% got placed through placement process that too in campus and off campus put together. And rest of my batch mates got placed by cracking off campus interview.

Although college rankings are not particularly high, your opportunity to come here is ideal for potential growth and jobs. The average package is about 4-6 lakhs. And I think these packages are decent for freshers in the industry.
