The college has To maintain and support a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the college. The College Alumni Association is to create a lifelong and worldwide community of alumni through increased meaningful program services and communication opportunities for the college.

The college library has been functioning since the inception of the college and has been named “Shyam Nath Kakkar Library”. The library contains a collection of books 27000 as of March 2018. The library subscribes to 50 journals, 30 Magazines, and 12 newspapers regularly. The library provides services to the students, teachers, and staff of the college. A reading room with reference books, encyclopedias, magazines, journals, periodicals, and newspapers is open for both the students and staff members. The reading room is also well equipped with sufficient numbers of computers with internet facilities for both teachers and students.

The college Auditorium serves as a space for encouraging creativity and fostering communication. S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College has one of the best auditoriums in Prayagraj „The Pathshala‟. The auditorium can seat about 500 people and has a very advanced light and sound system. It is equipped with a large stage, two green rooms, comfortable chairs, fully carpeted floors, air-conditioners, washrooms, a locker, and a podium.

The college has a medical room with all the necessary first aid and a mobile stretcher. The staff has also been appointed to provide proper first aid during emergencies. An on-call Doctor visit facility is also available. The college is well connected to a hospital that is within 500m of its main gate.

The College has a large sports ground used for Badminton, basketball, Volley Ball, football, hockey, kabaddi, etc. The College has been excelling in sports for over two decades. Every year the College holds Sports events, Inter-collegiate matches, and Sports days. For proper training and grooming of players, the College provides coaching facilities to the players for different games.

The College Canteen is a popular meeting place for students. It serves an array of savory food and a variety of eatables at moderate prices. The canteen has a seating capacity of fifty people. The overall administration of the Canteen is under the supervision of a Canteen Committee drawn by the College governing body.

The College has a separate parking lot on the campus, for students and staff. For regulating entry, tokens are issued to the bonafide users.

Khanna Girls' Degree College have the facility to enroll themselves in a well-equipped and well-managed Computer Hub run with the help of UPTEC at subsidized rates in the following courses Tally, CCC, and 'O' Level Course. Approximately 130 state-of-the-art machines from IBM, HCL & HP, and LCD Projectors and an interactive board are available along with all necessary peripherals.
