Sagar Institute of Pharmacy and Technology (SIPTEC), Bhopal, is a private pharmacy college. The institute provides specialized pharmacy courses at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels. SIPTEC adopts a centralized merit-based admission procedure for all its courses to select candidates competitively and justly.
For UG admissions, the minimum qualification is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subjects. PG admissions are mainly on the basis of performance of the candidate in the B.Pharma degree and on corresponding entrance exams.
Application Process
The application process in Sagar Institute of Pharmacy and Technology, Bhopal is as stated below:
1. Go to the official SIPTEC website and go to the admissions page.
2. Download and complete the application form of the program of your choice (B.Pharma or M.Pharma).
3. Obtain all documents gathered, which generally are:

5. Pay the application fee as mandated by the institute. The amount of the fee and the methods of payment will be indicated on the application form or the institute's website.
6. Shortlisting of candidates will be done for admissions in B.Pharma on the basis of 10+2 level marks in PCB/PCM subjects. Institute will select them based on merit list.
7. Shortlisted applicants for M.Pharma admissions will have to appear for an interview or other tests carried out by the institute. The decision will be taken on the merit of the academic performance in B.Pharma by the applicant, marks in entrance exams (if applicable), and performances in interview/additional test.
8. Shortlisted candidates shall be offered admission by the institute upon shortlisting. They would have to confirm the offer and complete the formalities of admission, such as fee payment and submission of original documents, within the stipulated time.
9. New students are required to visit the orientation program during the initial weeks of the academic year in order to become acquainted with the facilities, personnel, and rules of the institute.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: The B.Pharma program of SIPTEC is an undergraduate 4-year program with an approved strength of 100 students. The course of B.Pharma will be admitted based on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination with subjects of PCB/PCM. Merit will be the selection parameter on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination.
M.Pharma (Pharmaceutics): A 2-year postgraduate course with sanctioned strength of 15 students. Admission to the course of M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics would normally be on the basis of candidate's B.Pharma academic record and performance in appropriate entrance exams. Candidates with a B.Pharma degree from a recognized university are eligible.
M.Pharma (Pharmaceutical Chemistry): The 2-year postgraduate program in Pharmaceutical Chemistry also has an approved student intake of 15 students. The following is the admission process for M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, considering the candidate's performance in B.Pharma and the scores in the entrance test.
If you have High expectations from college staff like Teachers, and professors. Then u will disappointed. They are really supportive but if u want to grow yourself in Pharma field than study hard at your own place and ask for support to teachers.
Teachers give full attention to the students and curriculum is followed strictly. Teachers have many years of teaching experience and help in every way possible. However, they pressurize the students more on academics part which creates unusual stress.
Emphasis on providing quality education. Practical are being first performed by faculties themselves, then taught to students. Principle is very concerned about providing practical knowledge to the students
