The candidate should have passed in B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/B.Arch or course recognized as equivalent by AICTE.
Admission Details
(a) Direct Candidates:
Only GATE qualified candidates shall be admitted to Full time P.G. courses for non-sponsored category (General & SC/ST). When GATE qualified candidates are not available, admission shall be given on merit to those who are not qualified in GATE.
(b) Sponsored Candidates:
Candidates must possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture or equivalent in the appropriate branches. The candidates must have a minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/company/industry/educational & research institutions/any Govt. department or Govt. autonomous organizations in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
