The college has Library is the heart of any educational institution and in keeping with this view, the college has a well-furnished library having adequate books on all subjects along with reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc The students also have easy access to the internet in the college where they can gain valuable latest information about their subjects. The books are housed in a big well-lit and well-ventilated hall. The students are provided with a peaceful environment and are encouraged to self-study. The college has a central library holding a sufficient number of books and periodicals/journals to meet the requirements of the faculty members and the students. It has a separate reading room to accommodate 70-80 students.

The College has a Games center at STDPG College that offers facilities for indoor and outdoor games for the wholesome development of the students, The center is very well equipped with modern facilities. Various extra-curricular activities are organized throughout the year and participation in intercollegiate events is encouraged. Many of our students represent Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University's team in different sports and participate in inter-university /state and national level tournaments and secure positions in these events every year.
