B.Sc. Operation Theatre Technology enables the students in managing the patients in & out of operation theatre, managing all the surgical equipments, sterilization, arrangement of operation theatre table, dressing table, instrument table, anesthesia table as well as management of the staff. During the course the student will learn to assist anesthetic in various procedures, and monitoring equipment in the operation theatre. They will also learn to assist surgeons. They are involved with regular maintenance and upkeep of the anesthetic equipment, monitoring devices and surgical instruments.
