MBA in Power Management focuses on the principles of energy resources, electricity industry structure and regulations, conversions and power plant systems.

It aims to develop an understanding of concepts that are concerned with the management of power transmission and distribution.

Today, along with government companies, large numbers of private players have taken over a significant portion of the Indian power sector particularly in generation and distribution sides and the sector is all set to see a large number of private players in the years to come.

Minimum 80 percentile score in CAT/XAT
Minimum 90 percentile score in MAT, NMAT, UPESMET & any other National Level Entrance Test.
10% seats in each program for 25% tuition fee waiver in 1st semester

Minimum 50% marks in Class X, XII and Graduation. Graduation From a recognized University in any stream.

SELECTION CRITERIA-

UPESMET / National Level Exams followed by Personal Interview

PROCESS FLOW -

Aspirants are advised to adhere to the following guidelines:

Mode of Examination – Online test
Test duration – 2 hours
Take a Demo Test
Interviews to be conducted after exam and slot booking

It is recommended that students take a demo test in order to gain practice and resolve any queries before actual examination.

MBA Admissions through National Level Tests**

Students having minimum MAT/CMAT 2022 score of 70 Percentile will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and only be called for online Interview if qualified.

Valid 50 percentile and above score of CAT 2022/XAT 2023 ,a score of minimum 400 or above for GMAT, a score of 120 and above in NMAT 2022 / 23 scores will also be accepted

College Infrastructure

Overall, the experience was average and the facilities were decently maintained. Spaces and food was hygienic and appropriate as per college standards. Wireless connectivity was provided to all students.
