Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) is a two-year course offered by the Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).


Eligibility Criteria

(a) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50/o marks and having at least participation in the Intercollege, lnter-Zonal/ District School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOAISGFI/Govt. of India.

Or

(b) Bachelor’s degree in physical education with 45% marks,

Or

(e) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as a compulsory elective subject.

Admission Details

The course of study for the Bachelor of Physical Education shall be open only to those students who have passed the degree examination of this university or UGC recognized any university as per the NCIT norms and government of Maharashtra norms and as per Shivaji University Kolhapur Guide Lines.
