Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed the bachelor’s degree in science with Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Environment Science, Food and Nutrition, Agriculture, Medicine, and Life Sciences as the main subject and BE/B.Tech. in Biotechnology of any recognized University or any other qualification accepted as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology Programme.

Admission shall be granted on the basis of merit list which is prepared after the following procedures:
