Shri Gosar Hansraj Gosrani Commerce English Medium and Shri DD Nagda BBA College, Jamnagar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library that is well-stocked and fully computerized. Students can access the availability of books online. The library of 240.16sq. mtrs. has a rich collection of 18,850 books and 58 journals, with four computers, and all transactions are fully computerized.

The college has a sports club that undertakes a wide range of activities such as Handball, Basketball, Athletics, Carom, Chess, Badminton, Cricket, etc. Students of the college have represented at the National level in some of these competitions. The college has given a platform for the students to undergo training under NCC. The college prides itself on being the owner of a large playground which is today considered a great asset when modern cities suffering from a severe crunch for land and cities seem to be growing vertically. The college has one NCC office with a sports-in-charge; the expenses of NCC are borne by the trust.

The college can boast of three large computer labs with 60 computers in each lab, and a conference hall for all common activities. The computer laboratories are open for the students to browse the internet. All five computer laboratories are fitted with 60 computers each and provided with an internet facility Students are provided with the facility of a Computer Laboratory which helps them in finding detailed information about the topics to prepare presentations, etc.

The college has an auditorium equipped with the latest multimedia technology that can serve as an ideal platform to showcase not only students’ various performances but also be a good utility for conducting various educational programs. All gatherings and some major events are conducted in the hall on the 1st floor with a seating capacity of 500. To our pride, we also possess an air-conditioned mini auditorium to conduct various programs. 

The college has an Alumni Association for the students. The alumni association has 345 members. The members of the Alumni Association are invited to the college for a yearly get-to-gather, Navratri Celebrations, Annual Day, etc. The members willingly take part in all the major events of the college. Alumni of the college are members of the Rotaract Club of Jamnagar.

The college which is a block away from the college is a spacious and clean place that tickles the taste buds of the college students by serving some delectable delights. The college has a large cafeteria catering to the palate of the youngsters with a seating capacity of 160, attached with a lush green lawn, and caters to the gastronomical joys of the youngsters. 

The college has a gymnasium with the latest pieces of equipment.

The college has an entire campus that is Wi-Fi-enabled. The library has an INFLIBNET facility. Online, books can also be accessed.

The college has a spacious parking lot for the girls and boys which is dotted with trees and is a real sanctuary to the engines in the hot and arid zone of Saurashtra. The entire campus is a haven for birds and students alike, with 483 trees that surround the college. 

The college has a Facilities of Municipal corporation Swimming Pool for college events.

The college has a Hostel facility for girls (A hostel managed by the trust and located half a kilometer away from the college).

The college has a facility for boys (A hostel managed by the trust and located half a kilometer away from the college).

The college has Arranging Medical check-ups for all the students and provides primary medical facilities Samarpan and Oshwal Hospital are located near the college. So during emergencies, students are immediately referred to these hospitals.

The college has Transportation facilities to and from - the city at regular intervals.

The classrooms are large, airy each in an area of 700 or 1200 sq. ft. Each classroom is fitted with a roof-mounted projector, a whiteboard, and a public address system.
