In 1998, Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology Bhusawal, was established and is autonomous. This college is approved as per AICTE norms and is a Co-Ed. This college is affiliated with  Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere. The college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses to students who want to pursue in the fields of Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Production Engineering Management, Business Administration and others. 

Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology Bhusawal, also called SSGBCOET Bhusawal, courses including B.E/B.Tech. and M.E/M. Tech. Admission into these courses is given based on the scores acquired by the students in the JEE Main/MHT-CET/GATE exams. Aspirants are advised to meet the SSGBCOET Bhusawal cut-off as prescribed by the management of the college, wherever applicable.

The college also has a placement cell, which offers its students placement opportunities in undergraduate and postgraduate courses with a good salary package. Students are provided with SSGBCOET Bhusawal scholarships to meet the financial needs during the academic year. The institute also facilitates some of the basic amenities, which include transport, a library, a medical centre, and many more, which can be availed of by merit students.
