Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology, Bhusawal has a separate Department of Training and Placement Cell dedicated to helping its students.  SSGBCOET Bhusawal placement cell has placed 170 students across different sectors. SSGBCOET Bhusawal placement cell provides regular one-on-one counselling for the betterment of students facing difficulties in diverse rounds of interviews.

Students can refine their skills through SSGBCOET Bhusawal placement activities such as training in employability skills are offered to all college branches beginning in the second year. • Once the Invitation is accepted, the Company Sends the Job Profile and Description and Eligibility Criteria.

• The date is provided as per the availability in the Placement calendar.

• The suitable Date for the Pre-Placement talk is decided and eligible students are notified accordingly

• Company Official visits and conduct a Pre-Placement talk

• After the placement talk students are given a chance to back out if they don’t like the job profile

• Online/Offline Test is conducted for interested students.

• Group Discussion / Communication Round

• Technical Interview / HR interview

• Final Result Declaration of Selected Candidates.
