The Placement Cell at Siddhi’s Institute of Pharmacy (SIP) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between students and corporate organizations. The Cell operates throughout the year to facilitate campus recruitment drives and ensure students are provided with the best possible career opportunities. The Cell acts as a single point of contact for leading pharma and non-pharma industries interested in recruiting talented students from SIP. Its responsibilities include:

• Building Industry Linkages: Establishing and maintaining relationships with reputed organizations to create diverse placement opportunities.
• Resume & Data Management: Collecting and maintaining students’ resumes, contact numbers, and email details, and forwarding them to HR departments of various industries.
• Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs): Coordinating company visits and organizing sessions where recruiters interact with students to explain their company profile, selection process, job roles, and the skills required for success.
• Career Guidance & Training: Preparing students through guidance sessions, mock interviews, and soft skill development to help them meet industry expectations.
