Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) is a three-year full-time undergraduate course offered by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Eligibility Criteria

Higher Secondary School Certificate (10 + 2) or its equivalent examination with 45 % marks (40 % marks for reserved category candidate as per Maharashtra State Govt. Rules) and English as one of the Subjects.
OR
Three Year Diploma Course (after S. S. C.) of board of Technical Education conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra or Its Equivalent.
OR
Two Year Diploma Courses in Pharmacy (after H. S. C.) of Board of Technical Education conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra or Its Equivalent.
OR
Higher Secondary School Certificate (10 + 2) Examination with 45 % marks and any Vocational subject at (10 + 2) level.
OR
Higher Secondary School Certificate (10 + 2) Vocational (MCVC) - Minimum Competency based Vocational Course Examination with 45 % marks (40 % marks for reserved category candidate as per Maharashtra State Govt. Rules).

College Infrastructure

Sinhgad College of Science has good infrastructure and provides all the necessary facilities required for students. The classrooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable learning environment. The computer laboratories are equipped with modern systems and internet connectivity, which is very helpful for BCA students. The college library has a good collection of academic books, journals, and study materials. Wi-Fi facilities are available on campus, and the overall campus is safe and student-friendly. Sports and extracurricular facilities are also provided for the overall development of students. The infrastructure is regularly maintained, and the college ensures that students have access to the resources needed for both academic and personal growth.
