Diploma in Chemical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
For First Year Diploma:
Candidate should have passed SSC (Std. X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent, with subjects Mathematics, General Science and English, with minimum 35% aggregate marks.
For Direct Second Year Diploma:
Candidate should have passed HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with minimum 50% with Technical subjects and Vocational subjects.
ITI, ATS or MCVC passed with First Class.
Candidate shall be exempted from the following subjects; if he/she has secured minimum 40% Mark in HSC Board Examination or its equivalent in those subjects.
