The Sports facilities in the college include a large playground. Intensive training is imparted under expert guidance. Each year, students of Smt. Mahadevi Mahavidyalaya achieved notable distinctions, and some of them are selected for the All India Inter-University and National tournaments. Facilities are provided for Athletics, Badminton, volleyball, and Kabaddi.

We have tie-ups with renowned hospitals to take care of any kind of emergency.
