Direct Job Placements in Germany and UAE is another Highlight of the Institute Now. Academic associations with Leading Institutions and Universities abroad for global hospitality Education and exposure is another USP of this Institute. SJIHMCT Pala, has separate Hostels for Girls and boys in the campus itself. Further, It is a great learning place for those who are focused clearly on Hospitality service as their Profession .

Excellent academic ambience and quality-oriented approach. faculty members are well qualified and experienced in the Hospitality Industry. It is a common practice that all the faculty members will undergo an orientation program by associating with leading Hotel groups to understand the new trends and practices and concept developed by the industry. All faculty members are very much cooperative and accessible anytime for the academic related help. There are live restaurants and cafes in operation inside the campus that are managed by the students on a rotation basis leads to lots of learning activities which is apart from the regular Practical is something we need to highlight here. All the experimental labs are tech enabled and equipped with most modern technology devices. lots of importance for Sports and cultural programs. Student centric approach is another important USP of the college.

we had a batch strength of 116 students wherein, 97 of us opted for placements soon after our academics .19. students were opted for higher education abroad. Our placement cell provided great amount job opportunity for us and the entire placements got over even before the academics session is getting over.7 students got direct placements in Germany with a package of 2,00,000/- Per month as salary with free accommodation .2 students were placed in Middle east 88 students were well placed in Pan India basis. There were 18 companies participated in the Campus Recruitment drive in the year 2024-25
