The College has a Library that provides a tranquil learning experience. It is a storehouse of vast academic resources with over 54,660 books, journals, periodicals, reference books, rare books, university question papers, old newspapers, dissertations, and other learning materials. The library is automated with the KOHA 21.05.02.000 version. Wifi, E-gate, OPAC, and reprographic facilities make the library user-friendly and enhance the quality of research and education. There are five browsing stations, a reading room, and a researchers’ corner. Subscription to N-List of UGC INFLIBNET facility provides access to 6000+ journals and e-books. Access to e-resources of Mahatma Gandhi University has been sanctioned. The Institution is pleased to extend its library facilities for academic or research purposes for anyone on prior request. 

The college has the Silver Jubilee College auditorium, where all the cultural programs and events, club activities, observance of important days, and other celebrations are organized and revamped with RUSA funding. It is a stand-alone spacious structure that can accommodate a huge gathering.

The college has a Playground that plays a crucial role in the social, physical, and mental development of students. St.Thomas College, Kozhencherry has a well-maintained playground within its premises. The ground provides facilities for playing football, cricket, athletics, etc with a view to inculcating team spirit in students in a healthy environment. The ground is open for the students to practice various sports items. This facilitates the conduct of inter-college and intra-college level competitions. Local self-government bodies and local communities are permitted to avail of the facilities on prior request.

St Thomas College, Kozhencherry provides safe and secure residential facilities for female students, enabling students even from remote and distant areas to choose the institution as their alma mater. There are two separate hostels: one for PG and  Research scholars and the other for UG students which can accommodate 75 and 50 students respectively. A mess that provides sumptuous food, a dining hall, a prayer hall, and a visitors’ room are the specialties of the hostel. Yoga classes, stitching classes, motivation, and counseling classes are also arranged to cater to the student's needs and relieve the tension of their academic workload.

The College has cooperative store functions for the benefit of the college community. All students are expected to contribute to the shares of the store. The fee for one share is Rs.10; the Registration fee and Association fee are Rs.5/- each. Textbooks, notebooks, stationery articles, and provisions are available at a moderate price. A purchase bonus is given to the members. Shareholders are given a dividend at the end of the year.
