SLS Pune All Questions

Symbiosis Law School (SLS) has three institutes at Pune, Noida and Hyderabad. SLS-Pune has a fees of Rs.2 Lakh 35Thousand per annum. However, at SLS-Hyderabad, the fees is Rs. 3lakh 82thousand. This huge difference of fees is due to the fact that Pune collects only the academic fees which is of Rs. 2lakh 35 Thousand. Even at SLS-H, theacademic fees is Rs. 2 Lakh 35 Thousand. The reason behind the Hyderabad Campus' extra fees is due to the very reason that SLS-Hyderabad has a residential campus which offers the students hostels to stay, mess to eat at, football, futsal, basketball, cricket, volleyball and tennis ground to play, Gym, shops for everyday use, a Health Care Center and an Auditorium. On the other hand at SLS-Pune there is nothing called campus. Just the college building. However, around the college there are many PGs and eating joints where the student may live and eat at his/her own cost. I heard there is only a girl's hostel for SLS-Pune but there also some complications are there,which i am not aware of. So being a residential campus,SLS-H charges more. However,no matter which campus it is,the overall fees of 5 years is likely to increase maximum by 10% due to external factors like inflation and alll… for more details check out the website of these institutes.

Being a student of Symbiosis Law School, Pune I can tell you that it is a good choice. The faculty is talented and committed. The College is located right opposite to the airport and the railway station is not very far away either. As regards the hostel facility, there is only a hostel for girls and not for boys. The college offers multiple opportunities for learning, including their diploma courses, moots, other competitions, extra-curricular activites, etc. There are other colleges of Symbiosis in the vicinity, therefore, the environment is quite student-friendly. After all, Pune is known as the Oxford of East for a reason!

Hello, mahima.                                                          Congratulation that you have scored good in SET and selected for PI. PI which personal interaction  it is conducted by institute to check the suitability of candidates for the college . in PI general questions were asked like hobbies, career aspirations , engagement in cocurricular activities etc. They generally don't ask subject related questions. Their is WAT ( written ability test) also it is a normal      written test . can easily ace without having much preparation only  have knowledge about current affairs and issues.                                       After this merit list drawn based upon the combined score of SET and PI-WAT .                    BEST OF LUCK.

Hi there, I have appeared for SET, and according to last year's counselling rounds, 86 might not be enough to get branches like Computer/IT/ECE. However you may get Mechanical,Civil,etc. Check out the schedule for the counseling rounds, and in that students are arranged in batches according to their SET scores, so you will get an idea, about the your chances for the different streams. 

Symbiosis Pune is a good institution for a B.Tech. Programme, however it is a general trend seen that students prefer to join State Universities over Deemed Universities. Provided you get the branch of your choice, selecting the unversity is completely upon you.
