Both symbiosis and IP university same in terms of placement & Infrastructure. Maharaja Surajmal  and Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies Institute are the best college in IPU for BBA with excellent faculty. If you get these colleges than go for that even Symbiosis fee is more than that.

According to the website of Symbiosis Institute ,last year the cut off for Symbiosis institute was 92% for BA & 89.20% for B.Com (//B.Com) . So by the backward trend there may not be a chance of getting a seat. Although in this situation of pandemic there can be a
