It highly depends on the course that you choose to pursue at Symbiosis College of Arts and Science. In case you are looking forward to take up something like B.com, having Mathematics as a subject in plus 2 is not a mandate to secure admission.

After going to this link, youl will get the options F.Y.B.A./B.Com, S.Y.B.A./B.Com. and T.Y.B.A./B.Com. which are First Year Bachelor of Arts/B.Com.,  Second Year Bachelor of Arts/B.Com. and  Third Year Bachelor of Arts/B.Com. respectively. Choose your options accordingly.

Make sure you go through the admission manual thoroughly before filling up the application form. Also keep note of the last date of application.

The section of General Knowledge in any competitive exam is the most important and challenging section. The SLAt is the entrance exam held for admissions into the B.A. LLB and BBA LLB programmes offered by Symbiosis University. The SLAT GK has 30 questions out of 150 questions. It is a mix of Static GK as well as Current Affairs. General Knowledge is a section which is very unpredictable and its pattern can change year by year. Therefore, it cannot be assumed that only six months of GK is important than the whole year. It is advisable to go through the current affairs of the whole year as this section constitutes 20% weightage in the exam. The best way to prepare Current Affairs is to read newspapers like The Hindu, The Indian Express, Tims of India, etc daily. One can also go through the monthly or yearly magazines like Chronicle, Pratiyogita Darpan, Competition Success Review, etc on current affairs to get the news in an organized an more structured way.

Dont refer too many books at a time.It might hamper your choice.

Symbosis also release mock test before exam so do attempt that tests or otherwise you can also buy mock tests available in market.
