Victoria Institution, Kolkata, provides Hostel facilities to the Girls' students. The college Hostel is a three-story building with spacious rooms that can accommodate approximately 70 students. The Hostel is allotted to the students based on Merit. The Hostel Rooms are well furnished with a bed, a Study Table, Lockers, and Almirahs. Each floor of the Hostel at Victoria Institution has a separate Reading Room which has Computers and high-speed internet connectivity. A Mess facility is also available in the college Hostel. A Television has been installed in the Dining Area at Victoria Institution, Kolkata. Various Recreational facilities are also provided to the students in the college Hostel.

Victoria Institution, Kolkata is a Universal Member of Students’ Health Home. The students of the college can avail this facility and get almost all their medical treatment from this organisation at a very nominal price.

Victoria Institution, Kolkata has a Central Library which caters to the needs and requirements of the students and teachers towards study and research. The college Library has a rich collection of Books, Journals, Periodicals, Magazines, Newspapers, and other Reading and Study Materials. The college Library at Victoria Institution, Kolkata has a spacious Infrastructure and has a good seating capacity. Online Resources are also available through the N-LIST (INFLIBNET). A Reading Room facility,y along with the Internet, is available for the faculty members and the students. Open Access and Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) systems are available for browsing the Library resources. Apart from the Central Library, all the Departments of Victoria Institution maintain their respective Seminar Libraries which are easily accessible for the students. 

The college has a spacious, lush green playground, which enables students to engage in outdoor games. The Annual College Sports is also conducted at the playground.

Victoria Institution, Kolkata, has a good IT Infrastructure. The Classrooms have Projectors and LCD Screens, and the college Library is partially automated using the Integrated Library Management System. 

The college has a well maintained hygienic canteen that provides healthy food and beverages to students at reasonable prices.

The college has an auditorium, Keshub Hall, with a seating capacity of 300. The auditorium has audiovisual facilities as well as individual microphones. Seminars, cultural functions, workshops, and competitions are held in this hall.

The science and commerce departments have well-equipped laboratories. The departments of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry provide students with computer facilities for numerical, statistical, and computer laboratory work. The Department of Journalism and Commerce also has computer laboratories. The  Department of Psychology has many instruments and apparatus for conducting its experiments. The Geography department has developed a GIS lab as well as a good collection of rocks and minerals and survey instruments. The Departments of Zoology and Botany hold an appreciable collection of well-preserved specimens, charts, and models in their laboratories, along with different instruments and apparatus.

The entire campus of Victoria Institution is well connected with the High Speed Internet facility for the convenience of faculty members and the students. 

The college has a Convenience Store which provides stationery and Photocopying facilities to the students. 

The college also provides the workshop facilities for all the students.

The college also provides extracurricular activities like NSS and NCC.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

All departments have been depending on ICT tools for teaching and learning during the time of Covid-19 Pandemic through different applications like Google-meet, Zoom meeting etc. They shared class notes, reference materials, Power Point presentations through above mentioned platforms. They also used web tools like whatsapp, e mail, Google Classrooms to reach out to the students. Answer scripts were evaluated by using various online tools like Kami, Adobe, MS Edge etc.

With the advancement of technology, the various departments of this institution incorporate ICT- enabled lecture sessions along with the conventional traditional methods. These sessions help the students to comprehend the concepts clearly. Many departments conduct projector-based lectures and power-point presentations. Departments also screen documentary and relevant feature films for effective teaching-learning processes. Furthermore, the Department of Commerce uses ICT-enabled learning methods to teach Information Technology, which is an integral part of the syllabus. There is provision for the students to easily access the study materials uploaded in the Google Classroom.

The college also provides Training and Placement opportunities for all the students.
