Vindhya Institute of Management and Science (VIMS), Satna, is a constituent college of Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, imparting different undergraduate courses in Management, Commerce, Computer Science, and Education.Vindhya Institute of Management and Science admission adopts the merit-based system according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and Awadhesh Pratap Singh University.

VIMS admission is made according to the merit of candidates based on their performance in qualifying tests or entrance exams as per specific course requirements.

The process of application for admission into Vindhya Institute of Management and Science, Satna, is usually as follows:

VIMS BCA Admission Process

VIMS B.Com Admission Process

VIMS provides three versions of B.Com courses:

• B.Com (Hons): 180 seats
• B.Com Computers: 180 seats
• B.Com Economics: 120 seats

Admission to these courses is according to the merit list drawn based on the 10+2 exam marks, giving importance to commerce and mathematics courses.

VIMS B.Sc Admission Process

The institute has three B.Sc courses:

• B.Sc Computer Science: 180 seats
• B.Sc Biotechnology with Chemistry: 60 seats
• B.Sc Biotechnology with Computer: 60 seats

VIMS B.Ed Admission Process

The VIMS B.Ed course has an intake capacity of 100 seats. According to the institute policy, "Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university."
