Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have completed 17 years on or before the 31st day of December of the year of admission.
Candidates should have passed any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate education established by the State Government/Central Government and recognized as equivalent to the two-year pre-university examination by RGUHS/Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with English as one of the subjects, and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects, and the candidate should have passed English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually.
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together in the qualifying examination. With respect to candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes or other backward classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together in the qualifying examination should not be less than 40% instead of 50% as mentioned above.
In case of candidates from the stream of Vocational Higher Secondary Course, conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, the candidates should have taken a minimum of 5 subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, in addition to the vocational subject.
Foreign nationals (including Nepali, Bangladeshi, Bhutanese, and Tibetan refugees) seeking admission to the Basic B Sc Nursing program should have qualified 12th standard obtained by the Association of Indian Universities/Institutions/Councils or equivalent that as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is well established and maintained. Hospital is an attached facility to the institution and has good infrastructure with all necessary facilities. Hostels are not so great, many students prefer to shift out the very next semester after coming into hostel.
