About WIT Dehradun
Women Institute of Technology Dehradun was established in 2012 with the approval of the state government and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). WIT Dehradun is the first women-only engineering institute in the state of Uttarakhand. WIT Dehradun campus is spread over 20 acres of land. WIT is a campus institute of Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun.
Women Institute of Technology Dehradun courses are offered in the engineering domain only. To get shortlisted for the WIT Dehradun courses, candidates are required to meet the required eligibility criteria. Besides, candidates should have a valid scorecard for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). WIT Dehradun admission is based on candidates’ performance in past academics and the JEE Main exam. The course duration of all the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) specialisations are the same.
