36 MonthsDiploma in Electrical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Science/Technical/Vocational with subjects relevant to the diploma course they are applying for, from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent examination.
- Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
For Reserved Category Candidates:
- For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Vimukta Jati (VJ)/De-notified Tribes (DT)/ Nomadic Tribes (NT), the minimum aggregate marks required is 45% instead of 50%.
- For candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), the minimum aggregate marks required is 45%.
Non-Zero Score in CET: Candidates should have a non-zero score in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) or any other equivalent entrance test recognized by the MSBTE.
