Eligibility Criteria

1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate, All India Candidature Candidate, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidate

The Candidate should be an Indian National
The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects
The candidate needs to qualify for an aptitude test in architecture, conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or NATA, conducted by the Council of Architecture
Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

2. NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National. –

The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects
The candidate should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject
Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
