1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate, All India Candidature Candidate, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidate

• The Candidate should be an Indian National
• The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects
• The candidate needs to qualify for an aptitude test in architecture, conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or NATA, conducted by the Council of Architecture
• Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

2. NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National. –

• The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects
• The candidate should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject
• Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
