• Visit the official website : phd23.dtemaharashtra.gov.in

• Create a login id and password by registering with mobile number and email id

• Login and fill online application form

• Upload the required documents as per instructions

• After e-scrutiny, candidate will be given an acknowledgement number

• For offline scrutiny, the candidate must visit the selected facilitation centre. Upon successful verification, candidate will get the acknowledgement number

• Publication of merit list by DTE Maharashtra

• Choice filling by candidates

• Seat allotment and acceptance by the candidate

• Reporting to the institute
