What is the eligibility criteria for M.Sc biotechnology in AMU as my overall %age in B.Sc is only 50%???

Any candidate aspiring for this course must be passed in any Bachelors Degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in any of the following subjects:- Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences (those who have studied Chemistry as one of the subsidiary subjects may also be considered eligible), Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, and/or a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Technology (B. Tech.) or Medicine (M.B.B.S.) or B. Pharma with 55% marks.
Also, candidate must be passed in the university admission test.
So, I believe you should look for other colleges for this course.

To seek admission to B.Sc. program in Aligarh Muslim University, candidates need to qualify the fulfill theeligibility criteria prescribed by the university.
Passed class 12 from a recognized board.
The minimum marks required to be eligible for          B.Sc. admission is 55%.

• Pass the entrance test.

So, I'm sorry but you're not eligible for the admission.
