Thus , we can say that the JMI is preferred over AMU Placement are also found more in jamia,And also Jamia is in the capital city of india which gives a lot of opportunities to you.AMU currently hasn't exposure to Core companies of Management and Jamia offers good placement and national capital exposure because if being in New Delhi, in Jamia, one also gets a chance to attend the international conference organized by ASSOCHAM FICCI, etc., from time to time. companies usually hesitate to come to Aligarh even for placements too.

You can do post graduation in any college irrespective whether you have done your graduation from same college or not. Also it should be in conformity with rules and regulations of that college and also you must rank in your entrance for the same.

Chances for Delhi colleges look slim . But you can definitely try for private medical colleges in Punjab , Karnataka And Maharashtra
