You can do post graduation in any college irrespective whether you have done your graduation from same college or not. Also it should be in conformity with rules and regulations of that college and also you must rank in your entrance for the same.

Chances for Delhi colleges look slim . But you can definitely try for private medical colleges in Punjab , Karnataka And Maharashtra

There is no reservation for Muslims in AMU. But 50% of the seats are reserved for internal students applicable to non Muslims also. Few seats are reserved for NRI, aluminis and employers irrespective of their religion.
