Hello aspirant!!
It's true that National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be the only entrance exam considered for admission to all medical courses including AIIMS and JIPMER institutions.
Previously till 2019 ,admission to AIIMS and JIPMER were conducted through separate exams as they were governed under different Acts .
NEET governing body, MCI (Medical Council of India)is replaced by National Medical Commission (NMC).Under this ,NMC Act 2019 all the admissions to MBBS , AYUSH,BDS including AIIMS and JIPMER institutions will be conducted through NEET 2020.

Hello
As per the latest scrapping off of AIIMS exam and JIPMER and merger with NEET UG itself ,it's going to be the same like that .
Counselling of AIIMS and JIPMER will be done by MCC itself under 15%quota for AIQ candidates.
MCC also does counselling for DU quota and VMMC too.
Hope it helps

Hi,

For AIQ(15%) seats, the reservation is followed for the below mentioned category only:

  • Scheduled Castes
  • Scheduled Tribes
  • Other Backward Castes
  • Economically Weaker Section
  • Person with Disability

There us no such quota available on the AIQ level. However, it could be available on the 85% state quota seats depending upon the reservation policy of the respective state.

You could check the reservation policy along with the percentage on the following mentioned link: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-reservation-criteria

Hello,

Maybe its because the neet cutoff for aiims 2020 is yet to be released.

Hope that helped. Good luck.

Dear candidate?

Yes, in that case it is called "Externship". Intra-university internship transfers are common and done more easily than Inter-university transfers which involve a more complicated process.

You may ask for internship transfer to another college affiliated to the same university as your parent college, affiliated to another university located within or outside the state or abroad or to a hospital which conducts internship training program.

In these cases, there's a fixed quota for transfers to and from the college and a merit list is drawn for that. You've to apply within 15 days of declaration of your Third Prof. Part-2 results to obtain a NOC from the Dean of your parent college and then from the Dean of the receiving college, pay the prescribed fees and join the college/hospital within 7 days of allotment

Hope it will help you!

Thank you

Yes, AIIMS has now merged with neet so if one got to have admission in aiims college you have to crack neet. Baslp courses are now given from the neet which earlier were alloted on 10+2 basis.

Thank you. Hope this helped. All the best.

Hey,

Congratulations to you on scoring such good marks. The AIIMS seats are included in All India Counseling from this year, so any prediction regarding this difficult to make at this point of time.

The best you can do is to wait till the counseling starts. Although possibility of you getting any of the lower AIIMS is high.

Hope for the best.

Thank you.

Dear Aspirant ,

In bsc nursing total seats for general 239 all over aiims,

I think you will get clz either in 1 or 2nd ,3rd round counselling because many students are absent in counselling ,
