With a score of 618, your rank might be approximately between 4074-5630 . This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at, you have a chance in:
Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admission through NEET and so we cannot be certain. But yes, with this score, you might get a seat in AIIMS in States like Telangana, AP, etc. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
AIIMS and JIPMER together will bring in approximately 1700 seats and all these seats will be filled through All India Counselling. Ideally when there is an increase in the no.of seats,t he cut offs should reduce. But in 2020, almost 2 lakh more Candidates registered for NEET than 2019. But given the reputation of AIIMS and JIPMER, Candidates would want in to take admission in them which means the competition is going to be tougher. And because all these seats will be filled through All India Counselling and not State Counselling, the cut offs might increase due to heavy competition. And also cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hello student,
NTA takes the NEET exam on three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
I am sharing the article regarding the suggested books. You will get all the list of books which can guide you well through your preparation. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/best-books-for-neet
However suggestions are based on experiences. You can also get your own choice and practice hard.
Hope for the best.
This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to MBBS courses through NEET. And admission to all its 1500 seats is done through All India Counselling. While we cannot give you an exact number, what we can give you is a rough estimate. AIIMS New Delhi cut offs for all Categories are usually above 98 percentile and you haven't mentioned your Category. So if you belong to General Category, you will need 650 and above and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 625 and above. . With a score of 593, your rank might be approximately between 7784-10036. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . AIIMS will conduct admission to all its 1500 seats through All India Counselling and so ideally State Quota doesn't work. And we cannot predict the score required for AIIMS as this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to its MBBS courses through NEET score. But with a score of 593, you do have decent chances for a seat if not in AIIMS Bibi Nagar but any other branch. Hello,
This is the first time AIIMS is accepting admissions on the NEET basis, so we can't predict much, but you may have slight chance in new AIIMS colleges, where cutoff might go slight low.

Hey,
First of all congratulations to you for scoring such good marks in NEET exam. See the AIIMS seats are included in the NEET counselling this year. So it's a bit difficult to predict the cut offs required to get admission into AIIMS. Although with such good marks you will definitely get a good college, maybe even AIIMS. Further your category will also pave your way towards getting a good college.

All the Very best.
Thank you.
Hey!
With the increment of seats this year the cut off may lower down in further rounds. But in first round of counselling the cut off is expected to be high and on the same lines as 2019. We cannot accurately predict the cut off until counselling authorities give out the seat matrix for the year 2020.
Hello ,
Earlier AIIMS and JIPMER used to hold their own admission test, but now admission in these two institutes will be through NEET. So according to the prospectus a common counselling will be done by the MCC/ DGHS. All the seats of AIIMsS and JIPMER would be added to all india quota, there will be no state/UT quota in any of AIIMS medical colleges.
Good luck!!
